The worse Starbucks in existence. I've visited this location twice. Each visit, the service and drinks were horrible. During my first visit, I was literally ignored for about a minute, I was the only customer but the staff was too caught up sharing the latest details on their personal life woes amongst each other. They remade my drink, but it was still awful. During my second visit, in spite of not being overly crowded the entire staff was frazzled and unorganized. While waiting for my drink, I saw 4 people return their drinks requesting they be remade. I actually felt badly for the barista, until I received my drink which was terrible. Upon returning to the counter, I'm 1 of 3 customers requesting to have a drink remade. New management perhaps? An entire new set of employees? Lesson learned, I will not be returning.

I used the drive thru I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha and I received a flavorless latte I tried calling for an hour to receive a busy signal and disconnect every call... I'm not a pleased customer

Not basing this review on food or beverage experience, rather rhw customer service that I received this morning was aupuling. The day before, my wife and I went, and they messed up my drink order, and as customary, they were very apologetic and offered me a free drink for the incontinence, the next time through. This morning, when I went to get my free drink, they swiped the gift card and proceeded to tell me there was a remaining balance. I had explained the situation to the guy at the window and instead of apologizing and 0 out the till he was argumentative and very short. Was kind of a shock compared to the precious experience. I didn't have the time to ask for a manager, so I paid and was on my way. Starbucks usually has superior customer service and this was not one of those times!

Thought we'd give this location another chance, but once again the coffee was watery, the danish was stale, and the customer service was lack luster with the employees having attitudes as if they were inconvenienced by having to do their job.Considering the prices now at Starbucks in this day and age, it is no longer a viable option for us to make any more attempts to hope they've changed.Avoid this location!

Always our halfway point from Seattle when we're going to Central Oregon for recreation.. Always ready when we order on the app. But for some reason they always put ice in my daughter's glass of milk.

I usely go with the Venti Cold Brew with vanilla sweet cream ? or a Grande Americano. I also like the Cheese & Fruit protein box and the Tomato ? Mozzarella Cibatta Double Smoked Bacon breakfast sandwich is really good too ??
