Second time in a row, no one said anything and my kids and I just stood there for a long time. Finally we just left. Absolutely oblivious to customers. Will never attempt to go there again.

Came in this evening (5:30 Monday 3/11).Parked (I did come in the wrong way. If you’ve been here: it’s an easy mistake to make… This will be relevant moving forward)I waited in line and when I get to the counter: the young male employee (later given the name Brady) immediately asks me if I was “the one that flipped him off in the parking lot” when I came in three wrong way.I was not that, and let him know as much. He then let me know that he “would not serve me”. Simple as that. No other side conversation.He told me that his manager was on-site and that I could talk to her. I told him that I would wait for her. She came out and said that she could “make my sandwiches real fast” and that she wasn’t witness to what had happened… Which was absolutely nothing.I told her that I preferred to go to the other store in Sandy and not have that-dude make my sandwiches (obviously)… And that I just wanted to mount a complaint. I asked for dude’s employee number. “We don’t have those”. I asked for his first name. “His name-tag usually says Brady”.So here we are.Strangest experience that I have encountered in retail sales… Which I work-in. AND I generally LOVE Subway.Not sure what to do now except let this live here.Brady, if you read this… That was WEIRD, dude.Also: Subway doesn’t deliver. So if something did happen in the parking lot (while you were off the clock)… We would have just figured it out then and there and then you would have made my sandwiches.I worked retail for over a decade… And still do (on a different level). I would never DREAM of talking to ANY pay customer this way.I did end up going to the other Sandy Subway (like a ?) and received the normal fanatic service. See my review there.Sheesh ?

Byo sandwich and they are now metering the meat and cheese. My sandwich of no.10 is more salad than a subway. Not impressed anymore, oh and the meat tray is now hidden.

I used Subway's app and ordered Subway's food and my order got canceled and the manager told me to blame Doordash. What kind of customer service is that?? I didn't have anything to do with Doordash! You as a company chose to use them, not me!! I paid you for your food and service!! Bad, bad, bad service!!

Terrible. We ordered 3 sandwiches online and when I got home all 3 sandwiches barely had anything in them. 4 pieces of meat, 4 olives, 4 pickles, and no sauce. Very dry and disappointing sandwiches. I will never go back.

Went in tonight and two young men were working. Everything started fine. But when it came to wrapping the sandwiches, the one helping me accidentally spilled out veggies on half of my sandwich. Like, all of the veggies. Accidents happen, but instead of putting the veggies back in, or replacing them, he just threw it all away and gave me a foot long sandwich with just meat on 6in of that. He didnt cut it either.To top it all off, the coworker stated "Well when you ask for max veggies and max sauce its not going to be perfect. Am I right?" to which the one making my sandwich said "I know right?". I asked for 1 sauce and several veggies but definitely not the max. This is my usual order and never have i had issues getting my sandwich wrapped with veggies throughout. Don't blame customers for your mistakes and fix them when they happen.

Great service, good food, but please let people know your toaster broken before making the sandwich. I would have went somewhere else. Now I got a cold sandwich because it was already "made". Please get the morning girl with the glasses I believe. Best employee!

It was pretty quiet when I got here and everything was clean and freshly stocked in the food and vegetable areas. It was pretty impressive.The young man who helped me came from the back but I only had to wait just a few seconds for his help. He was polite, friendly and was able to be attentive and pay attention to what sandwiches he was making at the same time and greet a new customer as soon as they came in the store. I did not catch his name but he deserves kudos.I could not have any better service.Parking: Always at least one free spot in front of the store.
