My review is for the cookies, cupcakes and cakes five stars. Honestly, many menu items are very dry. I love me a good cookie and they don't disappoint.

What a shame that the temperature of a coffee drink could be such a convincing deciding factor in leaving a negative review. Came in Saturday morning for a coffee and a light breakfast. But to say that my latte was tepid would be paying this cup of coffee a compliment. My breakfast croissant was brought to me at the small table inside the establishment where I was seated and where I had already finished my lukewarm drink in a few gulps rather than enjoying it sipping. If my coffee had been hot then I would have been able to enjoy it along with my delicious breakfast croissant. No napkin came with my sandwich so I had to get up from my comfortable chair to go to the counter and stand in line again to ask for a napkin. The gentleman behind the counter and working the ovens was polite and greeted all customers coming and going. The young lady who served warm coffee and food with no napkins hardly spoke a word. Am I nitpicking? Yeah maybe. But too bad that all this was enough to make me look VERY closely at Cathedral Coffee a few doors down on the opposite side of the street as I drove back toward Hwy 30. Came home and immediately went to Cathedral Coffee's website. I will definitely try them next time we are out-and-about in Scappoose for coffee and a light breakfast. Note to Bamford's owner: your bakery items are fantastic! Spend a few minutes training this worker, and maybe also check out your espresso machine to see if it is delivering drinks at the proper temperature.

Bamford Bakeshop provided farm themed cookies and cupcakes for our baby shower. They were adorable and delicious. The variety of the flavors and the creativity of the designs were terrific. Everyone was impressed and we are very pleased. Thank you very much!!

Bamford pasty was delicious thank you shame you don't take debit card would of bought more pasty/cakes. Nice little bakery just before our walk. Would visit again visiting Derbyshire.

Staff is friendly, cute decor, but man dry bake goods. Cinnamon roll was hard and dry!!!! Berry scone was dry dry dry. It’s unfortunate my family loves baled goods. This place has fallen short of what we like and are accustom to ?

Bamford has the best Gluten Free Pastries, I have ever tasted! The Blue berry Scones are outragiously tender and tasty!

This bakery and the people that run it are simply phenomenal! I had 2 birthday cakes done. One was mermaid themed for my 6 year old and the other was Zelda/video games in general. I gave Megan the reigns as far as creativity goes and she did not disappoint one bit! 2 tiers each and as amazing as can be. The design phone call was painless and pleasant!The cakes themselves were perfection! One was chocolate with a Bavarian cream filling and the other was vanilla with lemon filling. Both were gobbled right up with delight!They even delivered over an hour away! She brought them all the way in the house because I was terrified of carrying them the home stretch. She also took the time to show me how to get the boxes off as well as all the bells and whistles the cakes had to offer! Working toys on them and everything!Kids were awe-struck and the guests were as well. I am so thankful I chose this bakery for my party and I will most definitely be coming back for my other hardcore baking needs! Thank you, Bamford for making our party awesome and less stressful! Can't wait to work with you again soon.

Best "no gluten ingredients" donuts in the NW! I wish they had more everyday ready-made options made sans gluten, like cinnamon rolls, but you can order anything without gluten if you order ahead.
