On every occasion I’ve visited this establishment I’ve had to sit at the ordering screen for at least 5+ minutes. Every single time. Then they are extremely rude. To top it completely off, the food is terrible. You’re better off filling the mozzarella sticks with Elmer’s glue.

The service was slow but our food came out quick . We both got the chicken wrap and they had little chicken in it and little to no sauce. The wrap itself was also cold and felt like it was just thrown together.

I got two Royal crispy chicken wraps, they came out cold with more tortilla then chicken, a dash of honey mustard and it was smaller than my hand. Just go to Mcdonalds

Service was quick but food was poor. Burger had a spot of ketchup and a spot of mustard with two pickles. Honey mustard wrap had half chicken strip and very little honey mustard.

I gave this place a shot after years of writing them off. The clerk had his hands in his pockets the. Handled my food. I informed the clerk that sticking hands in pockets goes against hand washing guidelines. I was met with “I don’t care bro”.

I'm not going to complain about the food because it's a fast food restaurant so I can't expect more, however the manager lacks manners and experience managing employees, she was yelling at an employee for a minor mistake in front of the customers, it's a bad feeling to experience something like that while you eating. In the other hand the employee showed the proper behavior by apologizing to the customer for bad moment that the manager created, something that the manager didn't show or care.
