It was our first time ordering from here last night (feb 29) and I just wanted to leave a review for the 2 young men who were working cause they were killing it?! It was clear they were really slammed and busy but greeted me and everyone else very nicely. I made it there earlier than my pick up time and they said they'd get my order started and then I didn't have to wait long at all. I got home and was super impressed on how perfectly they made the pizzas they were money lol! Give those boys a raise and I will definitely be giving them a bigger tip next time!

So I ordered two pizza's one pepperoni size large and a cowboy pizza with white sauce. Will they made it with red sauce and my roommate is allergic to the red sauce. Will mind you yes the person for night shift in the black apron fixed it. But she was completely rude when I came and picked the pizza up I was asking her a question and she interrupted me and was like bye and she made it really triggering to come back with how she acted when I was talking to her

i came in my online order was ready to go and the store was clean and looked organized. I'm disabled and asked for help to carry my pizzas to my car and the young man happily agreed. on the way out the door i noticed googly eyes on the hand sanitizer, i feel that this shows they are friendly, have a sense of humor and enjoy their work environment. at dinner every one loved the pizza.Parking: there is parking with in just a few feet of the door.

The kids wanted another pizza brand and I talked them into this. The staff didn't honor our coupon, belittled me and then to top it off they got the order wrong. I don't complain because I'm afraid of getting spit in my food but I'm allergic to onions and I got them anyways. Bad customer service, wrong price and wrong order.
Their gourmet vegetarian pizza is our favorite. I have them leave off onions and add extra artichoke. It was loaded.Vegetarian options: See note above

Long time customer. It's always clean and the employees are always friendly. I almost never get a mistake in my order, maybe 1/30 times (allergy). But when I do they are quick to make it right, offering to remake my pizza. Allergies are a pain to deal with (especially when ordering food) and Papa Murphy's has always treated me with respect and kindness. Even if I am the pain in the backside customer that is allergic to their pizza sauce.Vegetarian options: Very veggie friendly. State that your a vegetarian when ordering and no meat will touch your pizza.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to watch their pizza get made. You can also order a mini Murph which is a kids size pizza they can make at home. It's ready to assemble with proper portions and it's own little pizza box. The Mini Murph is also great for making pizza pockets.Dietary restrictions: Anyone with allergies or restrictions should mention it when ordering. Some places think it's ok to pick off or scrape off a topping or sauce that wasn't supposed to be there. Cross contamination is real and I have never had that problem with Papa Murphy's. They are allergy friendly, privately owner, and happy to make the customer confident in their dinner choice.
