I would give this place less than 1 star If I could. I came in here to eat with my son and service animal and was denied entry. Which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I was so upset, I just left without putting up a fight. Went next door to Crabby shack which was by far WAY better!!! The service was impeccable, fast (even though they were busy) and they even offered menu before we were seated. Don't waste your time here, go next door.

The waitress Andy Cooper is a star and was super fantastic!!! The best I've ever experienced, and I'm a male Karen when it comes to this. The food was done super fast like they knew what we wanted before we got there. The food is good quality taste/seasoning could you some work. Recommended coming back tomorrow.

I am writing this review in hopes of offsetting the negative ones written against Norma’s. My wife and I visited Norma’s on April 24th to celebrate our 53rd anniversary. Our hostess, Lori, was cordial and quick to take our orders that included a bottle of wine and two orders of the Capt’s seafood platter. We arrived at the restaurant at 2:00 and were promptly seated. The atmosphere was not top end, but that was not what we were paying for. The food was excellent, which is exactly what we were hoping to receive. For those negative naysayers, you might want to choose a restaurant in a big city and end up paying premium price to get what you were looking for.

Wow. Best Captains platter around, We got the grilled platter. The clam chowder is excellent, our waitress was fantastic the whole experience was just great. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
The halibut fish & chips was fantastic. Will have to come back and try their steak.

They can tell you where the seafood they are serving you comes from. That's such a big deal to us. That was our first impression and one of the reasons we chose them. We also didn't want a big chain. We wanted to eat local.The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun.
