It's okay. The sandwiches and hotdogs are what pretty much anyone could do from their own fridge. But why settle for just okay when you're in Seaside? Also it's quite overpriced and the chowder is downright mediocre.

Close to beach, amazing sandwich, good chili, tasty Tillamook ice cream, and even two drinks on tap (blueberry pom cider was awesome). And quick, friendly service! Enjoyed our lunch here.

Tsunami has the best sandwich in Seaside. My favorite is the Hot Chick.

Very over priced, on very dry bread. No public restrooms even after paying 32 for a sandwich and bowl of chowder. Chowder is ivars, and not homemade.

This place is SO good! Amazing sandwiches and service. I was going to come back again, but the restaurant was intermittently closed due to the winter weather. I definitely want to come back soon though

We were hungry and started YELPing to find a nearby lunch spot that provides takeout. Tsunami was close by, had decent reviews and a great menu - and boy they did not disappoint! We placed our order online, had HOT food in 10 minutes and was delicious!! I had their Hot Pastrami sandwich and my wife had the 1/4 lb all-beef hot dog (no bun). Fresh, yummy and with extra condiments. Lastly, the place is super cute inside and the wait help was super friendly. I hope to come back soon.

Stopped in over the New Year's holiday weekend for a sandwich, and like the summer months, they didn't disappoint. Friendly people and the sandwiches are a very good value.

Sandwich was very good. Enough to share. Chowder was very warm and satisfying. Service was excellent. Clean and very busy.

I'm not a fan. Went by Saturday at 5:25pm and they were already closed. Posted hours are until 7pm. Tried again Sunday at 3:15 and they were closing at 3:30, what the heck? We weren't impressed with our soup or sandwiches, but the ice cream tasted good.

Stopped in for a necanicum river sandwich and a cup of clam chowder on a very rainy day.

We always love going to tsunami sandwiches when we're in the area. The food is just really well done. The guy that works there maybe the owner may be the manager I don't know what he is but he's not very friendly so my advice is order something using their app go pick it up and walk out so you don't have to deal with him. But maybe you like gruff and borderline rude if so, go ahead and order from him have fun.
