We ordered 2 Big Burgers and 2 Small Onion rings. The counterperson with really long fingernails overcharged for Bacon Cheese Burgers, this has happened the last 4 times we ordered. She always says Im sorry but 4 times! She then gave back the incorrect change. Her attitude was poor. If it weren't for the best burgers, we wouldnt stop by again.

Great service. Thicc shakes. Friendly staff. The salted caramel shake was excellent. Got a reeses malt and they did NOT skimp on the reeses. 10/10

I can't not stop here everytime I'm passing through. They make the best milkshakes. I think everytime I end up getting the pumpkin milkshake. They're pretty thick, so I would definitely grab a spoon or wait for it to melt a little bit first. I haven't yet tried any of the other menu items, but maybe next time.

The new owner is very rude and mean to the girls that work there right in front of me and other customers. Change the meat twice now new stuff like soft mush . And seasoned now . I gave it like ten chances to be better but nope . And she raised the price on everything not cheap to eat there no more . Over 20 bucks for two burgers with frys. So after 33 years and eating there at least once a week most weeks more. But I have not went back for the last 6 months at least and won't get food there ever again . Ice cream all good but that's it. And that sucks

Been there millions of times after a great fishing trip on the Rogue River and by far the best patty melt I've ever had and love the onion rings and gotta take a road trip to get my patty melt fix ?????
