I discovered this food truck when planning a trip to Crater Lake. We like Thai food, and loved the name of the business, so made a point of finding the truck on the way to the lake from San Diego. SO glad we did! Honestly the best Thai food I have ever had. Hard to believe from a "humble" food truck - but true. Woman was very pleasant, and food was truly made from scratch. (Allow extra time.) Very large portion - we ate plenty for lunch, and had leftovers for that evening. Since this was a food truck - parked in the parking lot of a mobile home park - there was not much "ambience"; but we went for the food, not the surroundings - and we were definitely not disappointed. Highly recommend this business, and the great Thai food. NOTE: We took this trip in September, 2022, and I am just now getting around to writing this review. Be sure to check the location of the Yummy Num Nums truck before starting out - it can move around. When we were there it was parked in Shady Cove, OR on the parking lot of Shady Acres MHP.

As their name says.YUMMY NUM NUM!First time here and most definitely will not be the last. Stopped in for a earlyish dinner after hiking.Since it was our first time eating here we ordered chicken Pad Thai, Sesame Orange Chicken and Carne Asada Fries for the 3 of us to share.We also got Thai Tea(with coconut milk)and Huckleberry Lemonade.The service was great and they are super friendly.The food was so good, with nice portions and outstanding flavor.The Thai tea is some of the best in this area, and the Lemonade hit the spot with just enough tart and Huckleberry.Thank you for the wonderful food and drinks!Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free for everything. The gluten free bread and buns are from a local bakery.The sesame orange chicken is gluten free so must be authentic tapioca starch breading.Parking: Parking for 6 to 10 vehicles in 2 separate areas.

Surprised place is not more popular. They've moved around but last place seems best. Food is great but could be quicker in preparation. Hamburger stand so no ambiance to speak of. Trailer is attractive but hard to beat Phil's Frosty, which has been a tourist attraction for decades.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. The people are friendly and kind. Food is Gourmet. Best food anywhere in Southern Oregon or maybe Oregon. Hickory Cheeseburger Gourmet with grilled onions bacon organic beef. Don't miss it.

If I could give them a 100 star review I would!!! This is the best place I’ve eaten in a very long time. Their gluten free options are amazing (everything on their menu is available in a gluten free option ) and so very yummy. I have reactions to overly processed food and I often feel bloated and kinda off after eating out. I had ZERO of this with my meal from Yummy Num Nums. I ordered the fish and chips (with the gluten free option) the fries were so good, very fresh tasting and not at all greasy. I can’t even describe how amazing the fish was. I hummed a happy yummy tune the whole time I was eating it. I also ate way more than I usually do because it was so good.Unfortunately I’m just visiting the area, but I will be back. This food is definitely worth driving for!!!!Dietary restrictions: Amazing gluten free food. Honestly the best gluten free meal I’ve had while eating out.

The fish and chips are the best I have ever had. The breading was fried to a perfect golden brown, light and crispy. The fries perfectly seasoned. Service with a smile, always a thumbs up. The area was clean.

The owners are absolutely the sweetest people, so far dragonflies and sesame orange chicken are my absolute favorite.Very flavorful food with a kick you canorder mild, medium, or hot.Dietary restrictions: A lot of healthy eating choices and gluten free
