The employees are more interested in chatting away than staying focused on their job! I ended up walking out after a lady who says she’s been there for about 2 years took the longest time ever to make some basic sandwiches. I spent over half my lunch break in line watching her waste time and screw around while she had several other customers waiting. This location has gone downhill and it's so sad because I love Subway in general. They are constantly out of ingredients and don't have enough staff working to keep up with the demand. I did an online order tonight and had my husband pick up the order when it said in the app it was ready. When he got there he was told they were completely out of chicken. I've never been so dissatisfied with a food place. I ordered online, waited a little over the 15 minute time on my order before going in. She hadn't started the order, didn't heat up the chicken or put sauce on the salad like ordered, and didn't bother to include all of the items on the order.
