This time, staff was friendly and welcoming. Ultimo burrito (chicken) tasted fresh and good; Baja burrito (steak) was very good - plenty of tasty steak and guacamole was throughout the burrito. You know how sometimes things in the burrito are in a clump at one end so you get a bunch of something at one end and something else at the other?? This was a well made burrito. The chicken taquitos were fresh and tasted like it. Perfectly fried - not burnt. Great selection of Baja Fresh salsas were all on ice and almost all full - the counter was spotless and the rest of the restaurant was clean as well. It was a really flavorful and good experience!Vegetarian options: You can get anything without meat and their fajita veggies are good on anything. There’s rice, lettuce, veggies, beans and they have good salads that can be had with or without meatParking: Plenty of parking spaces right out front.

We order delivery or pick up from time to time when we can't make dinner. It is consistently disappointing but usually still okay. Tonight, we ordered and received the wrong type of burrito. The other burrito came with a very small handful of chips on the side and about a cup of unmelted cheese and a massive scoop of sour cream. We had tried to call to ask for no sour cream, but after calling 7 times with no answer, we gave up. We finally got a call back and were told the order was long gone but "at least I called you back."

1 star, called and got hung up on 3 times!! Finally got thru to put in a to go order and she tries to charge extra for SUBSTITUTIONS - go to Baja in lake o all the time never get charged extra for a substitution.Horrible service.

Had delivered. They forgot half my order. Called location asked for a refund of items that were missing, guy stated they do not do refunds but will redeliver. Well, food never came. Paid for food I never received. Don't lie to customers that is NOT acceptable customer service!

Worst Baja Fresh. They are constantly messing up the order and then get an attitude when you ask them for the things you have paid for that they have forgotten to put in your bag. Wont be eating here anymore. I love Baja Fresh and this is the closet location to me. Im over the constant errors and rudeness.

I'm sorry to say the food was terrible and expensive. In the past BF had been so good In other locations but this was a real disappointment. We had the fish tacos, it was like a dried up piece of a fish stick. What a shame. It used to be so good, we won't be back.

I use to go to this place a lot in 8 years. A little over a year ago we went there and the acting manager is so sloppy and rude when we asked them about the salsa that was prepared. Ive never encountered anything so unprofessional in any fast food place. We called the head office to file a complaint and even the corporate office seems like they are unorganize too. Since then we never went back and even out company use to cater from them, we went to chipotle now which is better atmosphere and good people. I willo never-ever go back to baja fresh ever again.
