This was one of the most disorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. we went during down time and there was no food prepared, the lobby was dirty, and half the drink station was taken apart with nobody working on it. The back area where cooking was going on was dirty and disorganized, and the staff wasn't friendly. I would not recommend this location.

This location has employees who obviously don't give a %$@# about how the food is or how dirty the restaurant is. Looked like they hadn't swept the dining area all day. Most of the food in the warmers looked old or they were almost empty. The workers acted like us being there ordering was an inconvenience.

This has unfortunately become one of the more poorly managed Chipotles I have been to in a while. Dining room is always trashed, and they are constantly missing numerous key ingredients. Today there was no beans, no meat, no pico de gallo, no chips, and no forks.

Awful service. Playing music not appropriate for dining. The guy cutting the meat in back ate out of the bowl. I saw one kid place his hand in the garbage can and not change his gloves and continue to serve food. And this was just 3 mins before I walked out.

Ordered through the app only to discover that they didn't have the items that we ordered, but they refused to give us a refund, first stating that we should go through the app and then, when they couldn't show us how to do that, asking us to use a 1-800 number, which they couldn't fully recite. Wow! It's THAT HARD to reverse charge a credit card?!? Left feeling completely ripped off. Note to management: NEVER handle a situation like this by telling the customer you cheated to "contact corporate"--it just adds insult to injury. EDIT: As you can see, there has been no response to this review, even though they have responded to others that have been more recent. And visiting the corporate website that they suggest to others does nothing except chat with Pepper, which is useless.

This location is bad. Really bad. Something has gone horribly wrong here in the last 6-12 months. Constantly in disarray, always out of many ingredients, soda and/or lemonade hasn't been working half the time I've been in, the ice machine is never operational, and ordering delivery is almost a guarantee for disappointment. I've never left a bad review for anything, ever. But dang, Chipotle, do something!

Came in tonight, lobby closed again... no seating. Card machine broke, online orders only. Have to order from your phone and wait. As we waiting, complete dude crew behind the counter.. two of them with super vulgar language, so loud for the entire lobby to hear... totally unacceptable for customer service. Many of them just standing around. Poor management... seems like always a show when we come in. Might be the last
