Dutch brothers is the best coffee franchise ever....fight me. Consistency is great, general quality is good, always served with a smile, freebies given out whenever check. When i moved from oregon to illinois, the thing i lement leaving behind the most is dutch brothers. Every time i go back, this is one of my first stops.

I got a pumpkin milkshake for my young daughter, who said "oh daddy it's fine i love pumpkin". We turned the corner and she butsts into tears because she doesn't like pumpkin, and I knew that and tried to warn her ? Anyway, I go back in line and asked for a strawberry smoothie, which she usually gets. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager working with me that day, but she was incredibly kind and refused to let me pay for the mistake that was clearly 100% my fault.I'm sorry I didn't get your name but thank you so much! Keep up the amazing experience!
