Music was so loud they could not hear us or vice versa. We were Ignored when we walked in the door. Asked to be helped and the black or brown hair girl said she can't work the slicer (new?). Asked her to let the manager know ( ty) we were there and she just smirked at me and continued wiping the counter. It wasn't until we started out the door that the manager ran up to the counter to take our order. While the smirky girl was making our order I asked she not put so much vinegar on my sandwich which she angrily shook more on the sandwich . I called the store the next day and again was dismissed with no apologies by Ty who said he was the mgr. He said he can't stop what he's doing while he's making sandwiches to specifically wait on us. I called back again and was told the owners name was Scott Scoptesdale but he did not have his phone number. I told him I would never be back and I won't.

The Jersey Mikes in Sherwood went above and beyond today. Not only did their lovely staff alert me that I had enough points to get a free sub, when I went to my car and discovered a dead battery they jumped my car!!! One of the staff went home, got his jumper cable and got my car started! Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place but they have my undying loyalty now. BTW it was pouring rain at the time. Those two young men are not only great workers but great assets to our community. Thank you!

I would give 5 stars based off the food and service, but the last 2 times I have ordered online to pick up, my order has been stolen. No fault of the person(s) working that night (their response to the event is of the highest regard, very professional), but seeing their face of defeat as I ask for my stolen order is not ok. Management should step in to help not only the employees, but your customers that may turn down ordering from this venue because of the inconvenience caused not by the establishment, but by people taking advantage of the situation.
