Update 04/03/2024Just once I would like to come home with exactly what I ordered and looking like what I ordered. This time they missed the biscuits and the chicken was supposed to be 2 legs, 2 thighs and two breasts. What I got was 4 thighs and 2 wings. The "sauced" nuggets didn't look anything like the poster. Mine were nuggets splashed with sauce, not covered like the picture. The two pot pies were filled with chicken but very little of anything else... Gravy, carrots, peas were all missing. Very dry.Horrible management of inventory. Placed order at drive thru. Get to window and they are out of one item. Choices I was given were to wait 20 minutes, take something else or cancel whole order. Would not refund only the missing item (12 piece wings). I ended up taking more chicken which took an additional 8 minutes while they argued about how much! Got home and found biscuits and one potato missing. This is the second time the drive thru has messed up the order. Check your bag before leaving the window!

Worst experience I have ever had at a KFC. I ordered a five piece meal and only got four, the biscuit was the size of a silver dollar and hard as a hockey puck. The slaw tasted like it had gone bad. I got charged for a drink that was supposed to come with the meal. I would recommend avoiding the Sherwood Oregon location. When you spend $17 you expect the order to be fresh and right. So disappointing.

The person taking my order was preoccupied. Order arrived in good time. Tenders were dried out and greasy. Bucket chicken had so much batter it was crazy, (Probably to hide how small the pieces were)and it was all so greasy I needed a mop instead of a napkin. Potatoes and gravy had no taste at all. Spend your money somewhere else.

I was disappointed here. I ordered a meal that I thought would have a breast and thigh and got a thigh and 2 legs for $11.98!!! I didn't realize until I got home and don't have a car so hard to go back. I love KFC! Just very disappointed ? I did order an extra order of potatoes and gravy and it was very yummy.

we are talking about fast food not a gourmet restaurant, however i do expect some basics.this was a KFC/A&W location and we went in the early evening.i just wanted a cheeseburger and a shake. we ordered at the counter and the manager was polite and efficient.when we got our food my companion said there was something about the fries . when i tried one it seemed like it was suffering from end of shift dirty fryer syndrome, and i excused it as such. now, i am not the kind if customer that nitpicks, i have worked in the restaurant field, so i am extremely empathetic.i started to eat my bacon cheeseburger but i swear it had a fishy taste to it. i had my companion try it to make sure i wasnt trippin' , and he tasted it too . he went to the manager and told him and also added it was probably due to their fryer oil needing changing, and their grill cleaning. the manger replied with a vague" well i can change it" so he sat down and we both assumed I was getting a fresh burger. 20 minutes and 6 or 7 nervous glances by the manger later i had no new burger, no refund, no apologysince we were enjoying our night out I didn't want to get in the mangers face, but it was pretty crummy customer service.i wont be going back.

I was just at your store in Sherwood on 1/30. I ordered a 6 piece that was suppose to come with 4 sides, and 4 biscuits. I also order an a7 combo large with fry and a rootbeer. They handed me a bag after paying, I drove off, and realized no drink. I went back, and the lady at the drive thru told that I didn't order a drink and tried to give me a small drink. I said no i order a large drink with my combo. She said fine, and started cursing me to the other employees in Spanish. I tried to explain to her a combo includes a drink, and I was up charged for a large combo. She waved her hand at me basically telling me to leave. I drove home, and when we started to eat we found that your wonderful efficent employees had forgotten the 4 biscuits as well. There was butter and honey for them but no biscuit. Terrible experience, will never be back. My family had to eat cold food, and I felt ripped off. I hope you can maybe train your employees better. My bill was $29 and some change.

Mt. Dew shouldn't taste like carbonated water everytime you order it from one specific location. My word, Pepsi spells out the mixture.
