The worst customer service. So tired of paying for terrible service. What has happened to the food service industry. With the high prices and scary economy you would think that the management is clueless.

I would give this place like 1 or 2 stars cause the wait was soooo long (it was 58 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we got our food) but our customer experience was FABULOUS and our waitress was so amiable and kind! It’s definitely a staffing problem so it wasn’t her fault, she gave us free sodas for the wait time and was checking in on us so much! Also the fried chicken tenders were DELOOOSIOUS ???

If you're close to a McMenamins anywhere you have good food close by. Also the employees are all great.Parking: Wheelchair parking right up front. 15 ft from the door.

This is a cute small location! Just as most McMenamins, the ambience is amazing. Cozy, quirky and also stylish! The bartender was very friendly and easy to talk too. The hummus plate is always my go too, so much more affordable during happy hour. The Black rabbit red is a solid wine choice. We will be back!
