The food is not good quality and makes me go to the bathroom really quickly and there is some sort of ingredient they put in there that makes it taste weird and bad!!!

Plenty of toppings available without additional charges. Service was good, but it was a little noisy.Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-meat choices.

Great food. Music was a little loud but alright. Service is wishy washy. Employee wearing bandanna rushed me and wasn’t very friendly. Overall good experience.

Good pizza joint for a build-your-own style pizza. Only one size (except kids size), but the prices feel a little too high.

One of our pizza's was burned and the other 2 were at best marginal in taste. Won't go here again. Back to Papa Murphy's we go!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good visit here. When we entered the restaurant no one seemed eager to help us. We were not in a hurry, so we just waited until somebody was ready. An employee named Emily took our order and was very rude to me and my family. She was rolling her eyes the entire time and making off handed comments about the modifications we were requesting on our pizzas. On the last pizza we ordered, she threw a single pile of pepperoni on my pizza and shoved it off to the side, as if it was done. I asked, is that normal? She said yes and then proceeded to pull it back over reluctantly, and spread it around. She was in a bad place I guess. After we received our order, I asked the shift captain Alexis what her employee’s name was. She stated she was the shift captain and asked what the issue was. I explained what happened and asked if she would give me her employee’s name. She hesitated and I said, look if you don’t give me her name I’ll just put your name on the complaint instead. She told me it was Emily at that point.I’m not sure what the problem is in this store, but there’s a bad atmosphere and no one seems to want to be in the restaurant. After filing a complaint on the company’s website, I assume this is a systemic problem, since I didn’t receive feedback. I understand we all have good days and bad days, but we leave that at home when we are providing decent customer service. It’s disappointing to land on a place like this when my family decides to go out on a rare occasion to treat ourselves to a meal outside the house. I’m sorry to say, we won’t make the mistake of coming to mod pizza again.

Love MOD Pizza. The Sherwood location always has great service and great food. Plus, they always have your order ready fast!!Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Plenty of seating for families. The mini cheese pizza is the perfect size for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for anybody who is physically disabled or can't use stairs. It's a one-story building with wheelchair access near the handicapped parking spots.

Not a good experience last Friday @ 2pm! A guy was waiting to order a pizza when I came to order a pizza. There was one young lady who was very slowly filling a salad order from on line ordering! There was a nice young man who also made a salad to go with a online order and they both made us wait 15 minutes to order our pizza's! Unreal! And to make it worse the mozzarella cheese smelt funny and tasted like rubber. Such a waste of $12!! Also they put the to go pizza directly on the cardboard with out a piece of parchment. It stuck to the box. Yuck!! From now on I will drive from Sherwood where we live and go to the Wilsonville MOD Pizza that does a fantastic job and they are so nice. I saw there is a new MOD PIZZA in Newberg and we might try it the next time we go to Newberg.

This was our first and last trip to a MOD pizza. The pizza is extremely underwhelming. The toppings are scant, the crust abysmally thin, and the sauces (especially on BBQ chicken) virtually non-existent. Besides being cracker thin, the pizza was baked within an inch of it's life, making the already too-thin crust rock hard. The service was unbelievably poor. There was one young lady who greeted us when we entered, and had very good customer service skills and was completing the tasks/orders quickly and efficiently. We unfortunately got the two early teen males who were so busy goofing around, talking/gossiping, and dropping food on the floor to even acknowledge our presence, much less take our order. When they finished the priority task they were working on (filling condiment cups with marinara sauce), they FINALLY asked "what do you want to order". Once they set about putting together the pizzas and cheese bread, it went relatively fast, but they clearly would have rather been elsewhere and certainly don't know how to prioritize tasks. While I understand how hard it is for companies to hire quality employees, keeping individuals around like this will just further hurt their business. We definitely have no desire to ever go back to any MOD pizza. There are many other options out there that are higher quality.

It is very delicious pizza and very reasonable priced. I like bringing my grandkids here. We can all get our own pizzas with whatever toppings we choose. They do salads as well that look super delicious.Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from they even have cauliflower crust.

The pizza is fine. Sysco truck ingredients... nothing special. With no other "fast pizza" places around, this will have to do. Unfortunately, service ping pongs between awful and just ok. The kids working often rush you through barley listening and when it's particularly awful, they act annoyed to be forced to listen to you. Given that there isn't any other "fast pizza" in the area, MOD will do in a pinch, keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
