I was stuck in traffic and called in an order suddenly then the traffic cleared up, causing me to show up faster than I thought to pick up my pizza. When I walked into the store it was clean and not crowded. But as I stood there my back went out and I had to sit on a hard bench and wasn't sure if I would be able to get my pizza into my car. One of the gals offered to help take my pizza to my car. I really appreciate the service of the one girl. The manager seemed a little on edge that day but everyone was kind. Thank you for your help ❤️

Went in to order, April took my order and acted irritated that I was even there. She was distracted and unsocial and rude. She took my order for 3 family sized pizzas, soda, cookies and a salad. When I got home I noticed one of the pizzas was wrong. I called and was told that they don’t deliver but if I wanted to come get the correct order I could. We stopped our dinner and My son drove all the way back and was told by April that she would not take the pizza back and give us what we ordered because there is no way she messed up. WOW! This lady should not be working in the customer service business. Very rude. We threw away our pizza and now don’t have enough dinner for everyone. Beyond disappointed.

Ordered online the morning of and I picked it up when I said I would. Everything went according to plan and the only problem was that I couldn't finish it all in the first night. But all that means is I had more for the next day because I do love pizza.

Seriously.Each and every one of you were busting your tails, working through an obscene amount of online orders, while a bunch of boomers were making louder-than-necessary, snide comments about the longer wait time.You guys don't deserve the type of attitude you were getting tonight, but know that the fact you kept a smile on your faces the whole time and didn't once get angry with each other made my night.Keep it up, and don't let rude people get you down!

I have a 5-star “complaint”.I purchased an All Meat pizza earlier this evening.It was so packed with toppings it set off the seatbelt warning in my car! I had to pick it up to drive it home because - I am not making this up - my car actually thought an unbuckled human was sitting in the passenger seat.Delicious as always!
