Roxy's is generally good but the customer service here has really sucked every time we have been to this location. It's so bad that there will be multiple people standing behind the counter when you enter and nobody will say anything to you whatsoever. I had to ask to be served, which is totally ridiculous. If they turn the counter around and put in a self check-out, maybe their patrons could leave a little less snubbed and they could save the minimum wage times three they spend staffing this place. Not sure what is going on here but management are not meeting very basic standards for the food industry.

Never had bad food at Roxy’s and this location is no exception!We don’t even realize this location was there until tonight! It’s a larger location than MurrayHill and a bit small than the Tualatin location but plenty of seating.We love the kahlua pork, shoyu chicken, pineapple chicken and musubi! The Mac salad is yummy too as are the veggies.Reminds us of being back in Hawaii when we eat loco moco too!
Make sure when ordering togo that if you have anything on the side for a plate lunch, say mac salad, you make sure they get it on the side, and into your togo bag. This is the second time now I haven't gotten my mac salad with my order.

The food is some of the best food I've ever had. The selection is big and all delicious. Family friendly prompt service with a smile. Good prices for the quality you receive. Will definitely be back... Regularly. ????

Well, Roxy's has officially lost a good customer. I have to admit, their food is awesome, and the "crack-a-roni" salad is absolutely the best. However, I've watched the prices sky rocket lately, but that's just the world we live in. I always felt that the food was good enough to justify the extremely high prices occasionally. Today though, I called to see if I needed to pre order enough Mac salad for 15-18 people. They said, no, no worries, but there would be an additional 18% catering up charge..... I'M SORRY???? An additional 18% for??? For scooping it into a larger container? How is a customer coming in to pick up a container of food considered catering?So, they're done. I WILL NEVER spend another penny at any Roxy's. I would say this is a pretty bad time to be trying to screw good customers, but hey, it's their business choice. I hope this review helps other customers make informed decisions on where and how they spend their extremely hard fought for dollars.

roxys has been super busy lately but i online ordered and within 15 mins my food was ready& they got everything perfect! super great team and everyone was nice overall great spot ?
Been eating at Roxy's for years and glad to see a new location in Sherwood. Same great food. The Sweet Garlic Chicken plate is our family's favorite and we always buy extra for leftovers.
