Yum! Have been missing Thai food after moving back from Southeast Asia, and this hit the spot. Khao Soi was the perfect mix of comfort & spice on a rainy day. The Thai Issan Sausage was bursting with flavor. The Yum Khao Todd had so many textures, it was a delight to eat. This place is fantastic, can’t wait to eat my way through the whole menu!

Ok, I do not usually write google reviews but we loved Sabye so much, I just had to! This will be our new go to place for Thai food. First of all, the service was EXCELLENT. The staff members were so so friendly and kind, and made us feel very welcome. Secondly, the food came out super fast. Which brings me to the food... everything was delicious and so fresh. My husband said it was his favorite pad Thai yet, and I had the fall curry which was amazing. We can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

I’m in love with this food. We drive from out of town for it semi-regularly. The staff is so kind and attentive to our restrictions (vegan) and there is so much to choose from. We dined in and done takeout and delivery. All were consistently great. Do yourself a favor and eat here!

After a recent winter ice storm during a visit to friends living in Old Town, my spouse and I decided to go for a walk to find some tasty food.This place was wonderful! The server (owner perhaps?) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided prompt but non-intrusive service, allowing us to enjoy our meal without any unnecessary interruptions.The food was absolutely fantastic - beautifully displayed as well as tasty! Sadly, we ordered off the specials menu, and I don't remember the names of what we had. This is a place we'll be back to next time we're in town.

I have eaten here plenty enough to finally leave a review. This is the best Thai spot I’ve come across. The Pad See-ew and Khao Soi are excellent! There is a lot of great Thai food in and around Portland, and this is my new favorite. For Thai lovers like myself, Sabye is a must try.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are plentiful, although Thai food is not the most geared for Vegans due to the incorporation of fish sauces and meat based stock in many traditional dishes.

The ambiance is so relaxing and the food...perfection. This cozy cafe is my absolute favorite. Sabye never disappoints. The service is impeccable and quick, they remember my favorite dish every time I happen in. I love the mini dumplings and the pad Thai-- but the fried is yummy too. Try the shrimp rolls!. They really listen on what heat level you like. Do yourself a favor and try Sabye!

Loved the service here, they were very sweet ?I tried the Pad Thai, since it was my first time in so I stuck to the basics. It was good, but nothing stood out as signature, overall pretty average.Noodles were a little bit overcooked, and there could have been more going on with the sauce. Very nice quality ingredients though, my shrimp tasted like the fresh ocean water, which I loved.I'll definitely be working my way around the menu when I get the chance!
