This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a salad and it was delicious. Staff greeted me immediately when I walked in. The store was clean and looked well maintained. I went to dine in around 1145am - right before the lunch rush. I was able to have my meal made within 5 minutes.As I ate, I noticed that there were several online orders coming through. But there was also a line of people waiting to order. I can imagine it would be stressful to want to get your customers in line served yet also meet the time requirement on an online order. The 2 women working handled it well and efficiently. It would have probably helped if there had been a person working for the sole purpose of handling online orders so both lines (in person and digital) could move quickly.Overall - great experience!

Walked in with no one else but the worker there. My wife and I started ordering and 5 people showed up. Nicole behind the counter was on top of everything and got not only us but everyone taken care of and still had great customer service.

I'm not usually a big fan of Subway, but this one was fantastic. The flatbread was excellent, and everything was fresh. The girl working was very nice and made sure I got exactly what I ordered. Goes to show that when you have employees that care about the customer the product is always better. Will definitely be returning soon.

Literally the WORST location ever I freaking hate going there every time and regret when I do. I went in at 12:22 today 12/16/23 for my luch break and this male kid there acknowledged me but then told me he had an online order with three sandwiches that he was going to make first. That was my first red flag. He then took FOREVER and ultimately I never got to get my food and was late getting back from my lunch break. I had one freaking sandwich that would have taken him less time than the order that wasn't even there yet. He also had two co-workers in the back of the store who never bothered to come help. Literally the worst customer experience. You need to talk to your employees about in store customers on a time crunch vs customers that aren't there for their orders. I'm done with this subway location and will be letting everyone else know.

the manager of this subway is the most horrible person i've ever dealt with. cant run a store and is constantly treating customers and workers like trash and doing lots of illegal things such as having workers drive to her boyfriends trailer park to get the keys for the store because she's so irresponsible she can't manage things herself. always out of everything and rips people off. 10/10 worst subway and manager i've ever dealt with. never can figure out how to staff and can't keep employees because no one wants to deal with her and she has no idea what she's doing. also pretty sure she's on drugs usually. the food is never kept at the correct temp and causes people to get sick and she's aware but doesn't care. nicole needs to be fired and they need new management DESPERATELY. also filled with bugs and nicole is aware but refuses to get pest control. GROSS. do not eat at either sherwood subway.

This was the dirtiest Subway (or any other restaurant) i have seen in the US. There were black flies crawling around inside the cookie display case, gnats buzzing in the clerks face while he was making someone's sandwich and dark meat that looked like it had been sitting on the meat slicer for a couple days. My grandson (9) said he saw mold on the pickles. The glass and the countertops all needed cleaning. This Subway is located in a Walmart much too close to the entrance and Walmart has no positive pressure or fans to keep flies from coming in from outside. In my opinion the health department should shut this place down.

Dear Manager- was at.your established on October 11. 2023. My first clue that something wasn't right was the front door was left open. My second clue was when the young person making the sandwiches had to repeatly swat flies away from the food. Hard pass and not returning.

I feel bad for this bussines.The sandwiches are ok but the employees are not trained properly.I know its hard to find help but train the ones you have.I ordered three sandwhiches.It took forever for them to be made and I had to keep telling the young man what went on them.He couldnt even wrap the sandwiches tightly.They fell apart getting them to my car.

So the cashier was rude yesturday and took my sandwich away. I was in tears and my head was not feeling well. Their computer mouse cord was stuck in the drawer and told us to wait until the computer restarts again. I was with my provider the whole time yesturday and there was a big argument and we left and said for get it, I can't take this anymore. We went to find a different subway in another city where my provider lives and they were nicer and better service.

Disappointed the “Fresh Sliced” isn’t. 4 meats are sliced “about every other day” per the sandwich Artist. I thought they were competing with Jersey Mike’s where the meat is sliced in front of you when you order. Not so.

The customer service is terrible!!! Employees are rude as hell!! If I could give a negative 1 rating than I would have!!! Also, when ordering through the app or online it doesn't alert you if an item is not available. When you go to pick up your order 15 min later as recommended by the app/online, your order isn't even ready yet because they're either out of the bread you requested or the meat. They should freaking call you and tell you your order can't be prepared due to an out of stock item and then ask what you'd like to substitute your item with. Instead, you find out when you get there that your order couldn't be made and then you have to wait another 15-20 min for them to make your sandwich. If you decide you don't want any of the substitution choices and just want your money back, they won't refund your money. You have to do it online. It's absolutely ridiculous

Shane made my wife and I sandwiches and they were beautifully done. The restaurant was very clean and the line of ingredients looked clean and fresh. This was the best Subway experience I’ve ever had.
