I know it's me but sometimes you just need unhealthy food in a flash. Thanks for feeding me and my husband ? only wish we could figure out how to order the sour cream to be put on the Mexican pizza that is taken off Taco supreme in the combo without charging for extra sour cream.

Place a mobile delivery order, which I carefully selected to be as filling as possible while under 60 grams of carbohydrates. Naturally, they screwed it up and gave me two cheesy bean and rice burritos and an order of nacho fries. As a diabetic, getting the wrong order can be a matter of life or death. I texted the driver, Scott S, and all he said was, "Damn. That's on me." That doesn't fix the problem. In order not to spike my blood sugar, I was forced to throw out two-thirds of what was delivered. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will certainly be the last.

They made order wrong and would not remake it or refund. If you walk away without noticing the issue the manager said it's on you.

Drive thru always quick and staff friendly. Simple soft tacos are my fave, they are always good! I love that you can get anything off the menu right when they open and you're not stuck with just breakfast!

Ordered grilled cheese fries. I counted a total of 12 soggy fries in the serving. Two tablespoons of steak spread across the bottom. Browned cheese completely slid off the fries. Note, I dined in so this was served on a tray, so it should have been perfect. A total rip off for nearly $6. Taco Bell should be ashamed to be serving this. Will not be returning to any Taco Bell after this experience.

Ordered through Taco Bell app to get the food ready before I reach to pickup but the had to spent more than 15 mins at the drive thru window to pickup my order. ( went to the drive thru window as per the app instructions)Even after that much amount of time I was served with wrong order.Had to drive back in drive-thru line to pickup rest of items, there were almost 4 employees at the window and no one was able to figure out or fix the order issue.I was asked to park come into the restaurant. Spent another 5 mins just explaining what items were missing.They again scrambled to prepare new order, only then I brought to their notice that my original order was sitting at mobile pickup shelf !It was sitting there probably for 30 mins between all this fiasco.I was sad and annoyed to see the reaction of the employees when I brought into their notice about the order mistake.Just blunt “sorry” was what I got which for sure didn’t come out from the heart of the employee (possibly the manager).Lack of training, communication and commitment!

I ordered a breakfast taco meal and the food was great. However they will not give you a coffee refill when dining in. That's the first time in 47 years that I was denied a refill on coffee. Perhaps it's a franchisee profit rule or something.

I am so upset at this specific location. Great on the food line but has a manager who is on another level of audacity. I in the past had a mobile order where they couldn’t make it so I didn’t eat but they gave me some coupons for next time. I am vegetarian and outside of the things I order for my husband, my app will show: spicy potato taco no chipotle or a beef soft taco sub potato for plenty of items. The coupon is valid thru 12/31/2023, and does not say anything about substitutions, yet to my shock this lady comes over after waiting for 5 minutes while an employee stared at me while changing a trash can, tells me to order on the kiosk, and click pay cash. I do that. I come back and wait, she then tells me oh no it has to be x y or z. I get that, but I never got refunded in the app for the order they couldn’t complete and now I have 8 of these coupons they refuse to serve me with and gave me attitude. After the manager discovered I didn’t want to pay to add potatoes to a taco she walked away without saying anything but: you can pay for the potatoes. I hope corporate can straighten out policy, considering after this incident they on the phone said they should have accepted the modification. I hope the manager gets a job somewhere else not customer facing.

I changed my review from 5 stars down to 2. Came through the drive through ordered a steak quesadilla. No creasy jalapeño sauce. I drove home, all the way to Newberg to find out its full of creamy jalapeño, never got hot enough to melt the cheese and its got a pice of lettuce and a piece of tomato inside. FOOKIN gross. Thanks for nothing. It's money in my trash can.

Really bad service. Just went through the drive thru to order the new vegan nacho cheese items and we received regular cheese items. The person taking our order claimed it was correct. We asked someone else, they also claimed it was correct. It was not.

Placed a pick up order but someone else had picked up before I did. UGH. They remade my order. I did check to make sure all was there,but when I got home realized one thing missing. Food is not as good as I remember. Lots of new things.Parking: It is a unique lot. Always find a close spot. Have designated spots for pick up.Kid-friendliness: Kids always welcome
