It’s really sad how the customer service with the younger generation is. The younger girl Jazlyn took my order & as I was filling up my cup of WATER the nozzle for the WATER looks just the same as the one for SODA (I don’t drink SODA) exactly the same, as she’s ringing up a customer she felt the need to say “IS that water” are you kidding me?!?If I’m going to STEAL it definitely won’t be a small Dixie size soda!!!Somebody needs to teach that girl some customer service & manners & not accused people when they just bought dinner. Not a good look TACO TIME.Change your cups for water & your nozzle that literally looks just the same as the water!!!

Came in and ordered 6 crisp burritos, 3 mexi nuggets, a #2 and a smoothie. Cost me $70 with tip. The picture shows 2 crisp burritos and what’s supposed to be a medium tots ( medium sure do look like small).30 minutes later they don’t know who i am or where my order is.THE WORST customer care I’ve ever received for $70. NOT coming back here again.

Attempted to call to place a pick up order. No answer. I drive to the place to see it completely empty. I asked why they didn't answer to which they said, "The owner instructed us not to answer the phone." A food establishment that won't even answer the phone for call in orders..... Enjoy your slow descent into failure.

My soft taco was all tortilla. Barley, any meat/fillings. 10.99 fast food meal. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never return.
First time at any TacoTime. Our first impression was less than stellar. It was clean enough, but it had a slight pine sol smell which is not that appetizing. The music was awful. Very loud, bad hard rock and more than a few times the F word was heard in the lyrics. The cashier had piercings, which is a little unsanitary in our eyes, and unprofessional, but it's hard to find any employees now, so you get what you get. Even after we mentioned it was our first time, they couldn't have cared less. We got a pinto bean crunch burrito, a beef burrito and two beef tacos, and got two orders of mexifries. one jalapeño and one regular. No drinks. $25 We took it to go and it was still very hot ten minutes later when we got home and poured our lemonade. We both agreed the food was better than Taco Bell. (and we like Taco Bell) It won't be our favorite place to go, but it will be in the line up. Most young people these days don't know how to have good customer service, but it should be up to the older manager to teach their employees how to have at least a little personality. Smile, A little small talk, an "I'm so glad you came in to our TacoTime!" An upsale? (we didn't even see their smoothie menu until we were waiting for our food)

Only downside is no drive thru. Service was great, food was wonderful. It's not as cheap, but SO much better than Taco Bell (sorry Taco Bell but it's true). Like budgeting vs McDonald's. I've LOVED their food since I was a little kid when they had one in Sherwood the last time many years ago. Hope this one stays! Oh, and they also have a full smoothie menu at this location in Sherwood by Target! It is take out only at that one though, fyi.
