The manager made a big deal over the Birthday Boy's Ice Cream Cake. No Ice Cream Cakes! But being handicapped, I couldn't even open the bathroom door without help. Maybe the manager and owners should be more aware of ADA bathroom doors rather than a stupid Ice Cream Cake. Also the food was pretty funky.

First of all, my kid had such a blast here! He experienced rock climbing for the first time, spent hours in Timber Town and the soft pretzel we had was the "best soft pretzel he has ever had". I love how we use the game card to pay for everything and how we have to wait in a virtual line rather than a physical line. It makes everything run smoothly and we get to enjoy our time not standing around. I want to give a shoutout to Taylor who worked at the rock climbing section this afternoon. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I think all of her coworkers should observe her interactions with customers. I know that working in the customer service industry is not easy, but Taylor handles her job with grace, care and a positive attitude. I truly can't thank her enough for making me feel better about this place! What I didn't love about my visit was that I screamed at by an employee working at the rock climbing. I saw her speak rudely to other customers while I was in line to get a waiver wristband, then my experience with her was extremely unsettling. Again, I understand that working in customer service is not easy, but my 6 year old needed guidance during his first time rock climbing. When I asked her if I could help him get shoes, she said "no parents allowed" with major attitude. I responded "he's never done this before, could you please go help him?" And she yelled at me "UGH! I'M GOING!!" She was rough with my kid, mean to other kids and ignored parents. Employees like her should not be left responsible for children that can injure themselves with rock climbing. Later, my kid wanted to do it again so we signed up online, waited over 30 min and when we got the text that it was my kids turn, she skipped over us. Then when I asked her about it, she told me she would send me a text to come back over in 10 min. Then purposefully didn't notify us and we had to wait another 10 minutes. So a 30+ min wait turned into a 50+ min wait. Thankfully, this is when I met Taylor and made my experience so much better.

We have been here more than a handful of times with our kidos and solo but, tonight had some disappointing service. I gave four stars because I truly like this place I enjoy bringing our kids here and enjoy us coming here and having a break from life and sitting back and enjoying the fireplace upstairs. Tonight I feel it was more of a possibly training issue maybe ? There were two bartenders working, and the older gentleman either seemed over his job or just not in the right frame of mind or maybe just was New? He seemed very agitated, not just with us but by other customers as well. Also, we ordered pizza and the young girl that dropped it off said if we wanted napkins plates or silverware that we needed to get up go over to the bar to pick it up. Over all just felt service was lacking, and we have never had that experience here before. Just felt like I needed to let somebody know So if it is a training issue, it can be fixed. We like this place and we will return, but I would want to know if this was my restaurant.

We came here on Saturday and boy was it busy. The wait time for the rock climb and laser tag was about an hour. I wasn't going to wait that long. It seems fun but not worth my time. Parking is plentiful and easy. I didn't get their food but there are restaurants close-by. The arcade part is pretty small. They have bowling and laser tag too.

Here is why... I tried to get rental room for a work Christmas Party... they said none were available, but I can get some tables, so I come in with our staff. Needless to say, the party room, I had asked for two days prior, sat empty all night. ‍ Round two, I'm bowling and cannot get a cocktail after waiting in line 5 times. I had to quit bowling to get a drink. They need help on the weekends. Pay more to get the people to help your customers. You will make money in the long run. The bar upstairs had no wait, but they were hosting some party and refused to let me buy a drink. This is the second bad experience at Langers. I do not think there will be a third.

We've been to Langers several times in the past few months and each time we talk to the bartender about the horrible state the pool cues are in, the dart board and darts are in and that there's no chalk to keep score with but a nub. For as much as this place gets from its patrons, there's no reason why they couldn't invest in new pool cues as well as improvements to the aforementioned items. We'll not be returning here unless they start caring about their returning patrons who'd gladly play pool, eat and drink here, which in turn, gives you a profit!

We love Langers!! The kids always have so much fun and for the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. We loved their $2 days during the summer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we recently had my sons birthday party there and the birthday host was horrible, and I'm not sure if it was just our host or if this is how parties are there. The party package includes a 20% gratuity, which I am so happy to pay and probably would have tipped more on top of that but the didn't do anything but drop off pizzas and drinks. We had to serve the pizza, pour drinks, clean up the floor when drinks split, and find silverware for the cake. I guess I was just expecting the host to do a little more. The kids had fun and we will definitely be back again.

Hard to peg this place well. The food was ok, the service was meh, and this is specifically for the tac room upstairs. We came here on a date night where the lady surprised me with some entertainment out. She wanted drinks, pizza and food times. We got good drinks cheap, decent food reasonably priced, and entertainment for usz was kinda meh.We started with pool, the ques were beat up, flat, and overall trashed, the table had quite a bit of wear and was meh.The free arcade games upstairs, 3 total, 2 didn't work from the get go, big buck hunter reloaded (on the left) neither shotgun registered on the screen, so that was done. The pinball game (in the middle) big buck hunter, the right paddle was toast and didn't work beyond being permanently activated, so that's out. And then big buck hunter HD was so damn quick per round it was difficult to give a shot with the lady, that it wasn't worth playing.Didn't play bowling or darts but there were some regulars there or so it seemed, as they seemed to all know one another and got along famously.Overall felt like it was catered to those who regularly attend and not to new customers who were out dipping the toes so to speak. Mind you this was a Sunday evening with a Blazer game on TV so maybe that made it easier, better worse?Who knows. I'd likely not come back because why... There's not much to keep me interested for casual consumers of fun. Maybe it's for the regulars? Either way, meh, you ain't missing much.

Came here for over two years spent over 7.5k here and they are so greedy now trying to pay for their expansion. Go to Dave and busters. Lost a loyal customer for life.

We love Langer's. They have great specials throughout the week and daily happy hour for activities. My kids love timber town and the arcade games and laser tag. We've never actually tried bowling. The food is great and the kids meals are a great deal. Beautiful facility! Only negatives are that it can be SO crowded on weekends. It's overwhelming. And then the ordering at the bar takes a while and is hard when trying to keep track of kids - a mobile ordering option would be awesome!

Food quality has greatly decreased since they opened. Also mandating an email address be provided before a 3 year old can access the play area seems over the top. Stop marketing for 5 minutes, the customer is already in your facility.

Lots of things for the kids to do. Rock climbing etc along with very different ffrren arcade games. The food was delicious for a corporate buffet

My wife and I went here last night to have a date night and the experience was very poor. We actually tried Tuesday night and it was a madhouse especially for $2 Tuesday so we actually walked out cause it was an hour wait to bowl. We were fine because we figured $2 Tuesday. We went back last night and used the QR code to check in. It showed we were 2nd in line and 7 min wait. After 20 min we were 3rd in line and a 8 minute wait. Frustrated we went to the counter and the girl said "oh we don't pay attention to that". Why is it there then? We then got a lane and scanned the qr code for food and drinks. The food showed up and no drinks. We had to go get them from the bar ourselves. The food was very bland and we had to sit next to a mess of glasses that was there before we got there. This place used to be great with servers and keeping up the cleanliness. On our last two games every time I threw a ball it would get stuck. I then would use another to get both back. The front desk was like. Yea it happens but I didn't want to keep going back and forth every time I bowled. We finally left disgusted and annoyed. Needless to say it's going to be a while before we go back.

Been here a couple times in the past. But never was a fan until recently. My son's birthday was October 24th and we decided to take him here not only was staff cool and hook him up with a play card for his birthday they also were kind enough to let him in the play area for free that day. While he was playing us adults decided to go get a drink and order some food. The drinks were great and so was the service. We got a loaded baked potato pizza. Which at first sounded weird which is why we got it. But OH MAN WAS IT GOOD. But overall since everything went so right we all decided to come back the next day Oct 25th and this time yes we paid for thr play area but it wasn't even that bad $6 for your kid to be able to play in a big jungle gym type thing with a few slides a ball pit ect. Definitely will be back hope to see more arcade games in the future though.
