“First time eating here... Tried it on a whim after eating at several fusiony-gourmet type restaurants in Bend that all sounded great, but were average to good at best. The food here was outstanding, every item we ordered was excellent. The Red Rock burger was tasty, thick, nice complexity, with a soft (brioche?) bun. The prime rib french dip was also very good. Above average meat quality, generous quantity, excellent roll, soft and flavorful. The au jus was tasty, though I prefer a bit saltier. Most surprising were the sides. The cup of chili was excellent, very flavorful, with a hint of sweet in the background. The regular fries were also quite good, moist and soft, which I like, though my wife prefers dry and crisp, large grain salt, perfect. Finally, Chelley, our server, was very nice and helpful.“
“Was extremely busy because besides the regular local crowd they had the motorcycle club I was riding with there at the same time. But still they had good food even if I was last ordering and had to eat my elk burger after I was back on the bike traveling down the “
“I had the scallops dinner in my husband had the wagyu dinner. The scallops were cooked perfectly. As so was the stake, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. It was talkative but yet quiet. It was really nice. That's the best seafood I've ever had prepared.“
“Been coming here as a local since day one, has never let me down! A staple in the community for sure. Now that I’ve relocated to Bend, I still make the trip when I’m craving the bbq, (shout out to pops) pizza combo that this place has to offer!“
