Ladies and gentlemen, listen up my wife and I decided to stop at this particular Burger King tonight around 8 ish. Clearly before they close anyways. Normally, I don't give 5 star rating unless they actually deserve it. The place was clean, It was quiet, It was relaxing, the staff was happy and they were very friendly. The reason that I say very friendly is because the lady went beyond and above to make my sandwich the way that I like it do to the fact that I have allergies and I let the lady know that I have allergies. She even separated our order in 2 separate bags. So my wife had her own bag and I had mine. First off shout out to the manager of the night. That deserves a raise for taking very good care of her customers. She made sure that her customers were treated with decency and kindness and I really appreciate that. We don't see much of that. Anymore, these days in any restaurant whatsoever? She made sure that the person behind the counter. That was making the burgers change their gloves and clean every surface. So that way I wouldn't end up in the hospital tonight and I really appreciate that. The food was great. It was excellent. It tasted good. It wasn't timed out. The fries were hot. The burgers were excellent. The bacon was crispy, the cheese was melted perfectly. So higher-ups let's listen up here. There are a few little details. You guys need to fix around the store like preferably one of your menu boards was out and needed to be replaced. That was the only issue that I had other than that. My experience was 5 stars.

Great impossible Whopper, fries and sweet tea. Waited 15 minutes from the order to delivery.
I spent 31.06 and all I asked to be specific about my order was a whopper Jr with a SEEDLESS BUN. I got home and there was a whopper bun on my whopper Jr. That's a seeded bun. What do you not understand about I want a bun that has no flipping seeds on it. Now I'm pissed. It's not hard to get an order right but it seems now a days nobody can get their food correct. What's the point of spending money and not getting what you paid for

It's bad enough in this power outage to not even be able to afford to drive through yet when I do get it the French toast sticks are burned the soda was straight soda water even though we could hear at the drive up window the machine making the clicking noise indicating it's out. yet they seem to not know what that means or ignoring it and continue serving drinks. Especially a fountain drink which is already overpriced, I ordered drive-thru for it to be convenient and quick. not to get home and have everything be wrong and be disappointing to family. then only be told "do you want to come back" after I've driven the food home. NO I don't want to come back, when it should have been right in the first place. Defeats the whole purpose of a drive-thru. So frustrating ?

We used the app to order mozzarella sticks, and upon getting to the drive thru there was a sign saying they were out of mozzarella sticks. They substituted them with cheezy tots, which were good, but definitely not as filling as mozzarella sticks would’ve been. The cashier at the window was pleasant though.
