The food has gone down hill in quality. It seems like the price just seems to go up every week. Do they not pay enough or do they just need new management. The need to get it figured out at this store. When they got my order wrong at least they fixed it.

Restaurant was very clean with very attentive associates… special mention to Dylan at the gateway st location in Springfield Oregon… he swept the floor, took our order, changed the rootbeer syrup, and brought our food. Very conscientious and personable young man. Not very often you find this kind of work ethic in a fast food establishment ? young man deserves a pay raise as we witnessed this with every customer he came in contact with!!!

Splurged! Got hamburger, curly fries, chicken sandwich, poppers and two shakes!
Drive thru line was empty. The order taker was nice and quick. Got to the window to pay, was asked to park in front as chicken needed cooked. We waited about ten minutes for our order to be brought out. Once we got it, I checked it to make sure we had everything. Nothing personal, I always check. As expected, we were missing items. We ordered a kids cheeseburger meal which I believe comes with fries, a drink, a toy and cookies. We received the drink and nothing else of the kids meal. Had to wait in a new longer line to go get the food. Once there, we were given the kids cheeseburger which had been forgotten and left sitting on a counter which was now cold. My 4 year old wouldn't even touch it. They at least included a cookie and some stickers and they fixed their mistake so that was cool. Otherwise, food is okay.. nothing fancy. Cost is a little high for the quality of food but it wasn't a terrible meal.

Got a 5 PC chicken strip and a spicy chicken ordered saying the following "Spicy chicken plain with cheese, so just meat cheese and bun please." Wouldn't ya know it had lettuce and mayo. I'm pretty sure those aren't a meat a cheese or a bun. Guess I'm just out $4. Would love what I ordered.Happened again I give up lol. Don't custom order the employees can't workout the custom changes I guess.
