States they’re open only to be Found out not to be true. I’ve come multiple times during “open” hours to be told they aren’t open even though their hours state they are.

This location has issues, they’ve been out of one or two key ingredients every time we’ve come here or those ingredients were strictly for online orders(doesn’t seem fair to those of us who actually take the time to come in person). Also, the customer service is pretty snarky and dismissive, you get the feeling you’re not welcome here. Go to the Coburg location instead.

The ownership/management of this location is terrible. I tried to eat here last week, but they opened 30 minutes late and I didn't have time to wait. Today, I waited 15 minutes in line for lunch and was told I couldn't order chips and queso because they were, "out of chips". And when I asked about the massive amount of chips I could clearly see in the back, they said, "Oh, those will only be available for online orders". Not cool.

This was my second visit here I will not be returning to this store tables were dirty with food on them. Also we were told that they had no chicken or chips. They were for online orders only. If you value people that don't wish to visit your restaurant over people that do wish to then I will not give them my service or money

Very unpleased with the service I got. The girl who was helping me was very rude and rushing me to order. Keep in mind I have never been here before and had told her that to start. Whether she was having a bad day or not, all customers should be treated with kindness/respect as soon as they walk through that door.
