This place is so close to nailing it aside from a couple things. I'll start with the goods, the food here is always well made and well assembled. It's always nicely clean. They get your food out quickly, even when I order my large onion rings that they have to fry to order I still get my food fast.Negatives are small complaints but they have been bugging me enough to leave this.1. Most of the workers are great, but the gal who works the window (not the blonde nice gal but the brunette) always manages to wipe the smile off my face, she just seems very annoyed that you're there. Not outright rude but definitely borderline, really ought to be doing something else than being the face at the window... The other employees are are all generally great.2. Second negative, they are weirdly stingy about the ranch, if you don't ask for it specifically when ordering onion rings they just send you off without anything to dip your rings in. I worked at a DQ before so I know one ranch comes with the small rings and two ranches come with the large rings. But here you have to mention you want it while ordering, they do not ask you at the window, so if I forget to specify I want two ranches while ordering then I end up having to come back to the front and walk in to get my ranch. A few times they even tried to charge me for the ranch too, not like it's expensive, but it's silly nickel and diming because two are supposed to just come with a large rings. Giving ranch with rings is supposed to be done by default!Fix those two things and this location would be absolutely perfect.

Several times I have gone here there is a young kid taking orders he is extremely rude. Was mad that I asked for a soft serve with fudge and said he didn’t know what I was asking for. He took my order wrong and gave me a dairy free bar instead of sugar free one ordered. I think I’m don’t going there unless new people are there to take orders or he changes his customer service attitude.

What can be said about Dairy Queen that hasn't already been said? I've been impressed with the sandwiches DQ has promoted. I went with the Alaskan Whitefish on a craving. I can be judgy but this sandwich definitely satisfies. Hot, crispy and tender inside and generously sticking outside the bun. Ask for extra tartar - yum! On top of that, the service was great

I would say pretty standard for service. Employees seemed friendly and on task. Food was handed out promptly. I pulled into drive thru as 3rd in line. I rate service 4 as the cars ahead took longer to order than Dairy Queen took to get their food out to them. Will visit this site again.Parking: Standard. Generous amount of parking. Commercial business location.Kid-friendliness: Appropriate to bring kidsWheelchair accessibility: ADA compliancy
Does this location ever get an order correct?! We actually quit coming here for a year due to total incompetence and recently decided to give them another shot. Nothing has changed. Not a single order correct.

The service was very poor but the food was okay. They took a very long time to get our food finished, and they messed up a member of my groups food. They kindly remade it, but overall, it was a poor experience.
Chicken strips or burnt or cold. They usually get the order wrong and give us completely different food than what we ordered. We've talked to themAbout this. But nothing ever changes.Fast food doesn't mean it needs to be awful.

Every time we go to this Dairy Queen they NEVER get it right. Tonight we ordered once again and I asked them very nicely to make sure it was right. I said my sister has Covid and was really looking forward to some chicken strips. They tasted spoiled. It truly was. Her blizzard was very runny. I ordered a hamburger and it was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and burger was stone cold. When I got to the window they had to ask a whole bunch a questions and then the still messed it up. If this had happened once or even twice no big deal. But this has been over 6 times. They have young kids who are just standing around talking and not doing anything. I have spent so much money at this place. I’m not a complainer, but this is absolutely ridiculous! Tonight it was $25.00 for cold, spoiled and wrong foods. Plus all the other orders. You get home and want to enjoy the meal you paid and waited for only to find they did it wrong. I called and told them and they always say oh we’re sorry. Nothing more. After working 10 hours a day then choosing their restaurant to purchase and they do not care. I’m done with this Dairy Queen. They should not be allowed to even have the name with all the mistakes and wasted money. Plus many neighbors say the same thing. Hopefully I will get a response, but probably not from this restaurant.

The drink station was sticky, which is totally understandable. People here are almost all fantastic. Just a few who don't seem to be very happy to be there.
