When I placed my order it said it would be ready in 25 minutes. It took over an hour! All I ordered was breadsticks and tater tots - and I went to pick it up myself.

This is a super cool location. A dominos with a drive thru??? What?? How cool is that. The pepperoni pizza was hot and fresh. The service was good and the staff were friendly and professional. Ten out of ten recommend this location.

Ladies and gentlemen, I suggest that the next time you order pizza, make sure your driver does not spit in your pizza because you could not give them a proper tip or they hounded you for a tip. The drivers need to realize that the tips are optional. Like for an example, if I order a pizza, I may only have enough for that pizza. Not being able to give a tip makes me feel bad as a customer. But you don't need to make me feel worse or walk away and say. I hope you enjoy your pizza that I spit in

Kid-friendliness: They have a big chalk board w/chalk available so the kids can draw on! It's a good thing cause we waited almost an hour to get are pizza in Springfield, we should of just order it take out, cause the customers behind us got there's long before we got ours

I would like to thank everyone at this dominos today, I made a special request for a heart shaped pizza and toppings so I could ask my fiance to be my valentine this year. Waited over an hour for my food just for them to say it's still being made. Do not come here.

Consistently short staffed with long wait times. The staff they have are very nice and apologetic, but having an app tell me food is 20 minutes out only to have to wait another 40 after I arrive sucks.. after 4 or 5 tries here with mostly same results, I will just make the drive to other locations

Third time in row I’ve ordered pizza and it’s taken over an hour to make, when the estimated time was 25mins. I won’t be so annoyed if at least their tracker and estimated times were accurate. Pizza its self is okay, it’s what you expect of chain pizza. But at just ‘okay pizza’ and at a chain one usually expects FAST order times.

They were low on staff. Which wasn't their fault but our pizzas were 20 min. late. Which is fine, we weren't in a hurry. The pizza did taste great!! Although my sister in law ordered a gluten free pizza because she is celiac and it turned out being burnt.Dietary restrictions: Love you have a gluten free option for our celiac friends but may be not burnt.
