The older woman who was training her younger coworker could not have been more rude, burdened by her job or diminutive to my wife who has been taking care of me at this hospital stay for a week. She loudly complained several times for having to work basic tasks, for having to train her coworker and for having to serve all of the customers in line. I have ordered multiple starbucks drinks from this establishment. The first time I got a drink here I was sure the milk was rancid. I took it back and asked for a replacement. The staff was nice and helpful and gladly got me a new drink.... Same result. The dairy products they use taste like old cheese at best. Today I figured they could make a mocha and couldn't screw that up... Well I was wrong. Felt like I lit my money on fire. Save your money and get a black coffee.
