This specific location seems to be kind of dead each time we go by they always have a sign saying out of tacos but there's like no customers.

Great service, friendly and quick. Food was hot and delicious! The bathrooms were oddly shaped but clean ! Probably the best jack in the boxing Oregon .

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal and they gave me a 4 piece. I called and they said they would replace the meal. A couple hours later when I finally was free I went back and the manager said they weren't told anything about it and they were no longer willing to replace the meal. Weren't even will to replace the 2 chicken strips I was missing in the first place.. This store has horrible customer service and even poorer follow through!

Came here on my lunch break, spent most of my lunch break in the drive thru FAST food line. Then there's no soda, so apple juice it was unless I wanted hot coffee lol then I get my food and it's in a regular paper bag ? like the lunch sack you buy to take lunches in. Yea I think I will stick to subway pre ordering so I don't waste my breaks lol

9pm. Thought I'd get something to eat. Picked J & the B for something different. Get here, it's closed! Drive-in too! I can't remember the last time I had J & the B. I guess it'll be even longer..!

My experience at this location on Beltline Road/MLK Blvd was abysmal to say the least. Started out okay but when part of my order was incorrect I simply called the restaurant stated my case and a supervisor assured me that she would correct the mistake promptly. I waited a whole entire 10 minutes before I called back to complain to the supervisor that I was on a time constraint and my meal was incomplete because one of the items was incorrect (I received cinnamon churros instead of hash browns) and assuming that I was going to be helped and the issue corrected I waited 10 minutes as I stated before and by then my breakfast burrito was starting to get a little cold so I got upset and told the supervisor I had no time to sit and wait for her to come out after waiting over 10 minutes. She took down my name and I was promised a free meal on my next visit. Fast forward 2 weeks later to get my free meal I pull up to the menu board only for the drive-thru person to speak to me with disbelief as if they didn't know what I was talking about and when I offered the employee my name she told me no. From what I understand if you get a free meal from a restaurant or fast food joint the first thing you give or the first thing you are asked is your name. After explaining to the drive-thru person about receiving a free meal I asked this employee if she wanted my name and she said no. So I'm listening in the background and I can hear the supervisor I dealt with two weeks before saying oh yeah I remember him and I said oh yeah back in a sarcastic manner because I feel like I was already being blown off. And the drive-through person with a rude tone so she'll meet me at the window and ask her to stop being over to me and then I need a defensive tone she said she wasn't trying to so I get to the window and I told the supervisor lady that I would never be returning to this restaurant and that I am lodging a complaint to the next level of management so she doesn't gets the manager of the restaurant and he apologizes sincerely that I think the sincerity was more or less just to pacify me and I was changing my order said I would leave it at that. So here I am giving one star to this restaurant because there is no sub-star rating to give like a - 1. I will never return to this restaurant for the complete lack of consideration and a lot of rudeness. Can I give minus one star here? So anyone coming to this restaurant buyer beware.

Unlike McDonald's, they cheerfully served me a big breakfast in the drive up without making excuses. They've earned my return business.

Love the variety of foods they offer. Most are open late. Great, friendly, helpful and kind staff

This is more of tip than anything. Men, if you use the urinal at this fine establishment, don't look to your left, unless you want to lock eyes with the person on the toilet. Hopefully this issue has been resolved, It makes eating here awkward for both the victims.

I ended up in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes. I ordered a fajita and large peach iced tea. I repeated peach iced tea at the order board several times. The lady wasn't paying attention to me but said "yes, yes peach". I got to the pick up window (total chaos) and asked again when they handed me my tea if it was peach, again I was told yes. Pulled out of line got the straw in and nope just bitter tea. Tried to call since front doors are locked and was hung up on so I had to go back thru the line. Now I'm late, there are plenty of other restaurants to spend my money at. This place is total chaos, they don't pay attention to orders and can't even handle answering their phone.

Nothing particularly amazing stands out. But I most day I love their cheap tacos. So yummy at only $1.39 for 2. ?
