Food was good however your employees weren't very friendly. Also your bathrooms were disgusting and at one point you had 5 employees standing around doing nothing.

I’ve never had an experience even similar to this at a Jimmy John’s. Moving at a turtle like speed, no organization of who is on what task, no awareness of people lining up and waiting. The one making sandwiches must have been in training but took very long to make sandwiches. They pride themselves on speed so something was off. The employee that was extremely slow was wearing a sweatshirt that said “I love hot goth girls”. The experience was not a normal one for Jimmy John’s.

I was extremely disappointed with my most recent sandwich from here. Every bite I took was full of mayo and tasted of nothing but mayo. When I order a roast beef sandwich, I expect to taste roast beef, not to be overpowered by globs of mayo.

If you want a sub made on a real authentic sub roll, this is the place to come. This bread is hardy, not a hot dog bun. The sandwiches come in a simple menu and they will listen to your wishes if you alter the ingredients. I had a tuna club and have them take the cucumbers off. Please understand what your condiment choices are, they will make you experience next level. This is not a subway smushed roll disappointment. Although a menu filled with basics, these basics are executed perfectly.

Freaky fast used to be the slogan. Now they should call it freakishly slow and or freakishly skimpy or freakishly expensive for what you’re getting.I used to love Jimmy John’s. As of late especially at this gateway location they have reduced the meat by about 50%. I get it. There was a pandemic. So why does the 7th street location still have a normal amount of meat?These kids working the counter are there only for the tips. If you dont tip them to make your sandwich they’ll mess it up even more on purpose. What day and age are we living in where you have to tip to pick up a sandwich? Tipping is for services rendered, not services I’m hoping for you not to mess up.

Not what I ordered. I ordered a #11 with pickles, onions and mustard and got a lot of bread, a lot of lettuce and the thinnest little piece of turkey I have ever seen. Apparently a #4. The other 3 sandwiches in our order were correct. Fast food is hard I guess.

Typically friendly and often ultra fast. Several times I've been handed my sandwich at the register even before I can pull my card out of the card reader, and then they say, "sorry about the wait". Sometimes picking up an online order can be a little awkward, as the process isn't totally smooth or clear. I did have a LONG wait (maybe 30-40 mins from when I placed the order) last time I ordered online to pick up in store.

Super fast. Machines went down right at lunch time. It was handled the best way. Great job to the management and team. And they have coke products!

Wish I would've read the reviews1star because the staff was so cute and new and sweet. However, the product was way bad. Lettuce was brown, the sandwich I got had 2 slices of meat and the tomatoes were soggy and it was mostly bread. Nothing like the pictures or anywhere even near looking better than a grocery store market. I mean, McKays market had a better roast beef than Jimmy John's and Jimmy is supposed to be the sandwich place. So sad.Also, we NEVER do this but we asked for a refund and instead of just politely just receiving the feedback and giving us the refund they tried to make it weird. Lucky we are not Karen's and just politely asked for our money back and left. Sorry Jimmy not the go to anymore.
