The food was great when we finally got everything we ordered. The service sucks!UPDATE - They finally have enough employees at times, it seems, however they apparently take very little time to train the new employees on the order machine. I felt very sorry for the young man that was taking orders,and it was easy to see that he had not received the proper training. And yet, there were employees standing around not doing much and offered him no help. Whoever the manager is at this location, part of your responsibility is to not just hire, but to manage and see to it that new hires do receive training! I'm assuming of course that there is a manager?

Karla was a delightful young woman and her service was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and accommodating. The restrooms were clean and stocked. The food was outstanding because it was fresh and.Great tasting. This is an easy 5⭐️s at this location. Thanks Karla!
Waited for fresh tenders which was no big deal. I'll happily wait for fresh food. The guy brought my food to another vehicle before bringing it to me. He had to run back in for the sauces. I got home and didn't have either of my fries.

These nuggets were very small, hard and spicy. My thumb nail was bigger than most of your nuggets. I miss the grilled chicken. It was really good.

Online pick up order supposed to be EXPRESS ... I arrived on Dec 13th right at 1:15 my pick up time. Two girls working very slowly and only helping customers in the drive thru I heard a " Be there in a moment." as they just kept preparing drive thru orders. I patiently waited 10 minutes and nothing from them. I commented that I needed to get back to work hence the Online order and I had ordered an hour before my pick up time. She told me that there were only two of them working and I would have to wait. But they kept helping the drive thru customers way more important then me ordering ahead of time to keep with my schedule. I finally had to walk out. I did comment that they needed to pick up the pace. No lunch for me. I'll have to deny my charges on my credit card for 15.00 but this was ridiculous. Don't bother ordering ahead of time. Just go somewhere else!

When I tried to place my order they told me it was going to be a 10 minute wait for biscuits, I told them I didn't want biscuits when I got to the window because I had a crying baby in the car and decided I would do without them if I could just have my chicken and go. the girl was very sweet but basically told me they were overwhelmed and didn't have enough workers to make my order and that id have to wait for the stupid biscuits. I can't tell you how much I love to listening to crying baby in the car while I waited fora part of my order I didn't even care about.

I did both obviously at separate times the first time I went through the drive-through. I got my biscuits, but I didn't get any butter or honey for them. I also didn't get my drink. The second time I went into the store and I got a meal but I didn't get my side of fries with my other meal. I did get my coleslaw. I ordered biscuits again. Not only did they put it in a fribox where they could get cold again. There was no butter. I also wasn't given my drink until I asked for it.There were numerous people in there, and they completely ignored me while I was waiting at the counter. To ask for my drink cup. the girl just took my order and then walked away.
