The food was traditional McDonald's fare, but for some reason the service was unusually slow. I really couldn't tell what was going on. We went inside and the staff was friendly and courteous. But for some reason they couldn't get the product out.I did notice that there was a lot of people in the lobby being mean to the staff because of the slow service and incorrect orders. I'm not sure if that's the way people normally act around here, but it was uncalled for. There was a special needs person working with the staff, but I don't think he was the reason everything was slow. In fact he was very polite and kept asking us if there was anything he could do for us.

The staff were very helpful. I took issue with a soggy hash brown and they were happy to get me a fresh one. They did take the old one back thru the window which is gross but I ended up with a hash brown I was happy with.

Ordered on the mobile app for curbside pickup, money was taken out of my account and when I get to the restaurant I go to check in and the app won’t let me so I walk inside explain to the lady at the front what’s going on and she tells me they don’t have my order and there’s nothing they can do about it but give me a card with a 1800 number on it. She was SO incredibly rude and nasty and while I’m standing there debating on whether to place another order or not and customer after customer is walking up to the counter with a wrong order and the lady dealing with them was just as rude. I finally just walked away and went down the road to Taco Bell where they have much friendlier and competent employees.
