People who work there are so rude I only go for take out or go somewhere else. Foods been mediocre.

I liked coming here with my coworkers on our days off, even though our steak are never cooked right and they're always understaffed, we'd come back because of the rolls and the drinks. After today, I can't say we're going back again for sure.We had told the waitress we had coupons at the beginning of our meal then when the checks came around the waitress said we could only use one coupon per table. It doesn't say this anywhere on the coupon and they didn't mention it when we had told them we had coupons at the beginning. They were busy so I did not want to make a ruckus to get a manager but it makes it awkward when you have to decide who gets to use their coupon and who doesn't. Luckily, there was only two of us this time but I can't imagine coming with other people and having to pull straws to see who gets to use a coupon. If I have it, then I want to use it regardless if my coworker has one or not.

The waiter was very sweet but not trained well for customer service. Our "rib eye" was actually a strip steak. We ordered medium rare and it was well done. The waiter didn't know what to do when we told him. Finally asked if we could have another. Second steak was cooked correctly but very tough. The side of mac and cheese was horrible. Obviously instant and unedible. Won't go back.

We ordered appetizers and they came with our dinner. We had chicken and shrimp for 1 and half chicken for the other. Chicken was delicious. Shrimp was overcooked and fries were undercooked. Had to flag down a waitress for dressing because our waitress forgot it. Our waitress only checked on once just before we were ready to leave. Overall mediocre.
Let me start by saying my mother raised three children on a waitress’s salary, and I have been trained to appreciate how hard their jobs are. The waiter was not the best, but again I understand that people might be having a bad day. I ordered a bacon wrapped petite filet, I asked for it to be medium. When we got out food, I knew immediately that it was undercooked. I have maybe sent a steak back twice in my life, but I knew I couldn’t eat this. Jordan the waiter did not seem to understand that my steak was too rare and kept asking if I wanted it medium well. I said no, medium, this is medium rare. He said so you want no pink? I said I like pink, but this is too rare. Needless to say when I got my steak back it was not only well done, everyone at the table had finished their meals. I paid for a steak I will not eat.
