I recently visited Panda Express to pick up a sizable order for a customer, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Despite the enormity of the order, it was ready precisely when promised. Sarah, the manager, exemplified exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to assist me. She not only ensured that my order was prepared efficiently but also helped me load it into my vehicle, arranging it perfectly for delivery.The entire crew at Panda Express worked tirelessly to fulfill my order, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. They were fast, efficient, and their hard work truly shone through in the quality of the food. This experience has undoubtedly made Panda Express my favorite go-to spot, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Highly recommended!
Please finish frying the food before you hand it out. My Rangoon litterally had limp edges.

Stopped here for a road trip, it was very busy, the front line workers had a full dining room and drive thru. Everyone was working hard and doing the best they could under the circumstances, I understand it might take a bit to get through the line. After standing in line ( after ordering), I realized almost everything was out, no warning from staff that there would be a wait for food to be made. I watched the drive thru worker (looks like a manager, young white guy wearing a black jacket) load up drive thru plates ahead of in store orders making me wait for food that was now empty not decreasing wait time for the drive thru orders at all as they were already waiting for food to be cooked. He continued to do this after food was added to the line as new drive thru orders came in, I had ordered, was the next in line, and waited for a new batch of orange chicken to be made that I got the last scoop of because the drive thru orders ordered after me got served. The line staff were amazing, though clearly frazzled, and were working hard and being amazingly kind.Overall disappointed in the procedures, from food to outage police’s. For example, my broccoli beef was half stalks, not large cut broccoli with a lot of stalk, but just tough stalk no top. The lobby was dirty with food and garbage all over. Probably won’t be stopping here again. Couldn’t even do the survey to highlight the hard work of the line cooks because it said the survey code had already been used ?

Ordered the broccoli beef and orange chicken. The beef had broccoli stalks the size of a babies fist in both my partner and I's food. And I assume whoever is wearing the black coat running the drive thru is the manager, fill out orders in the order they are in line. You swiped two whole portions of orange chicken and had me and my partner standing for a good five minutes before we got our food, we would have chosen other entrees had we known you would do that.Lobby is a mess and totally uncool. Serving line seems to be in disarray.Imo just go to your local chinese resturaunt.

You want panda express? cool your not getting it. This place truly has the drive thru from hell. nothing about this place is express. I didn’t even come for myself, I came as a delivery driver. They have the lobby closed and only drive thru is functioning. There will easily be 15 cars in line blocking in the traffic to the entrance of this business lot and blocking cars in that are parked at the restaurants and businesses next door, literally preventing people from leaving and causing angry drivers and raising the likelihood of accidents happening. I am writing this stuck in line, I have been here 30 minutes, and there is still at least 9 cars in front of me and i have almost got hit twice. If their lobby was left open this would be far less of an issue. They truly should do away with the drive through at all, it is a serious safety issue. Called them multiple times with no answer either. I understand being busy or short staffed but there are serious safety issues that need to be addressed.

I ordered full meal and drinks through door dash, for all the extra money I got no soy sauce, napkins or straws. RIDICULOUS and will never do it that way again. So wrong!!!

i went in polite and waited in line i asked for four orders of ragoons they chine lady laughed at me rudely i didn't pay no mind then i went to leave and realized the did give me ragoons so i went back in i waited in line shecalled me forward then this guy behind me started to cuss and berate me because his feelings got hurt even though she called me up im never go back to that ghetto place again and spending my money i rather go to McDonald's they let him cuss and bash and young disabled woman how disgusting he so lucky im not who i used to be

The broccoli beef was pathetic! Barely 2 small bites of beef with giant chunks of broccoli. Seriously, the broccoli was at least 2 inches in length way too big to be considered bite-sized and no knife to cut it with. It should be called broccoli hold the beef. I must be on a diet. I won't be ordering that ever again.
