Sick and tired of ordering a basic 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 Canadian bacon pineapple just to have my wife arrive home and there's literally no freaking cheese on it. All sauce. You can literally see the ingredients buried in sauce only. Your pizza is great when you add cheese to them, but, your pizza is gross with just sauce and meat. Pony up and stop cheating your customers.

Unfortunately, never on time. I’ve tried to give this location multiple tries but I always end up waiting 45+ min. longer than when they say it will be ready. I then get to stand with several others who are in the same boat.

Placed an online order that I prepaid for at 3pm for a 5:15pm pickup. I arrived at 5:15 and was told it wasn’t ready yet, no big deal I can wait a few minutes. 5:30 comes and other people who walked in and ordered at the register after I walked in start getting their orders before me. I was trying to be gracious and decided to check back with them on the status of my order, they tell me it’s on the line right now. 5:50pm and they hand me the complete wrong order. I let them know that’s not my order, turns out my order was ready for pickup the whole time but they didn’t see it (after checking twice) I asked them if it was ready this whole time I spent waiting and they said yes and only offered free cookie dough which I really didn’t want, but wasn’t about to make a scene.Then I get home and realize one of the pizzas is a large and not the family size I had ordered. Not going back at this point. I don’t understand how they can even ask for tips when they are serving raw food to cook yourself and it wasn’t even ready on time!

The people who work here are awesome. Very nice, they try to get you order done quickly and present you with a good quality pizza. The ingredients are always fresh and the crust is crisp instead of greasy or oily and the sauce is authentic and flavorful instead of bland as is the case with most pizza places here.Vegetarian options: You can get a pizza loaded up with good veggies and no meat.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly about letting your kids watch them make the pizza and answer questions.

Decent pizza but it’s getting spendy now. Not really any reason to come here when you can get a frozen pizza next door for half the price or order Pizza Hut. Most Papa Murphy’s are staffed by high school kids who don’t know what they’re doing, so expect to have bad service. Had a few times where they didn’t even acknowledge I was there in the lobby waiting.

Papa Murphys has never let me down, with their wide variety of ingredients and flavor combinations. Tuesday is the best day to go because on Tuesday's you can get a large pizza for $13, which is definitely worth it. They also have friendly staff, ready to serve.
Got the Murphey combo with a few minor half and half adjustments. Each half perfect and then some. Definitely my favorite location in this area. Has a real Bobby flay vibe. 10/10 for papa smurfs. I also ordered a family 16" for two people. We are spending the rest of the night happily full, and remaining as horizontal as possible.

We ordered in store a family size build your own pizza. Including ground beef. We got it home and NO ground Beef, toppings were glopped on in areas and other areas bare. We called to address this & were put on hold for over 8 minutes listening to how important we are to Papa’s. Them they connected us to the manager who said they ran out of ground beef. They did not tell us that and charged our card for a pizza with the ground beef. Not the way to run a business. We were told bring back the pizza & will credit you! They wanted us to drive back into town w/ the pizza & they would credit us! So they want us to drive back stand in line on Friday night with people ordering their pizza! Good Bye papa’s????????Will stick with Coburg Pizza Company!
