We have visited this sharis for years. When we first started coming the place was really nice.the landscaping was well kept and the place was always busy. In the last year,things have really gotten bad. We get good service but only one server. She does everything. She is wonderful. The landscaping is terrible. The outside of the bldg is very run down. Its very sad. Where have all the people gone?

It's a shame that it's becoming the worst restaurant in the city of Springfield, Oregon, it's a shame to close this restaurant, it's not worth spending 50 dollars with the cruelest service that I've ever experienced, both the supervisor and the waitresses ignore you as if you were to give away food experience lived 03-19-2024

My sister and I decided to go out to this diner for a late breakfast, as soon as we were getting seated the waitress was standoffish and had no customer service, upon ordering she judged the amount of food we asked for and gave us weird looks (not knowing I’m pregnant of course.)When delivering our food she barely talked to us and just left, we asked for refills of our drinks and they never came. She ignored our table until I got up to pay and asked for a box. Will not be returning to this location.By the time we left ANOTHER waitress apologized for our servers behavior and gave us free pie coupons.

Portions very small for the price.. got stiluffed has browns didn't even have a full piece of bacon to the whole thing and the sour cream was left out!! Omelet was cold and underdone!!! Server had a snotty attitude but at least was present..
Old and dirty everything....staff seem to hate their job.... Oregon lottery is the main attraction.

They are low on staff and had to wash dishes by hand, so it was a 45-60 minute wait. However, the server made a point of asking if we wanted coffee while we waited and kept it topped off. She was exceptionally kind and kept apologizing for the long wait, even though it was out of their control. Thank you so much Leah for your exceptional attitude and service.
