This location is very clean and staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking and they have a public restroom. The food was fresh and tasty. We got the spicy Italian and the outlaw, a cookie, and baked Lays. We used a coupon and got the cookie free. This location was busy and the girls were on top of it. Mya helped us and she was really sweet. Ten out of ten recommend this location.

I did an online order, but when I got to the store there was no churros or pretzel. She deserves a raise as she llistened to my concern and acted quickly to resolve it. That is called customer service, makes me feel like I’m heard and my concern is valid.Your email response lacks compassion, offers no resolution and does not even address my concern. Run down, shoddy, dirty and understaffed. The management staff needs to take a look around as it's easily the worst run Subway I have ever been to. 1 staff member to serve whatever comes their way. Ended up with a 30 minute wait for a poorly made sandwich.

I ordered food online the other day and I went to pick them up at the time that said they were ready. The lady said they have not started working on them yet because they were busy which I said was fine…. 15 mins goes by the girl comes to the window and says “we made 2 of your sandwiches wrong we didn’t toast them and added other stuff to them.. did you want us to remake them” I said “yes I’m sorry half of them were not even for me” and she said “okay okay” and slams the window… then another 20 mins goes by she comes back and basically throws the sandwhiches at me she does not say have a good day or anything after I waited patiently 40 minutes after they were supposed to be made. I simply said “thank you” and she slams the window in my face.. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced:/ I was a shift lead at a sub shop and if any employee acted like that they would be fired the next day its disrespectful.

they were out of pickles and put so much sauce on my sandwich that it crumbled and made a giant mess. and put so much turkey that it was all that i could taste. totally messed up my order and ruined my day. they also put barely any bacon then proceeded to charge me 11.98. i also had to repeat myself multiple times. EASILY the worst subway experience ive ever had.

New lady with the red hair and tattoos is rude should smile and be friendly probably won’t be back till she leaves I love this place. Definitely should hire nice people only was nice when it was tipping time :(
