Food was good , customer service was on point. But what is with all the flys !? That can not be up to code to have so many bugs around food. I won’t go back till the flys are taken care of.

The 3 dollar large soda is filled 3/4 full of ice, none of my biscuits were cooked properly. Both being soggy and not browned at all. On top of all that you don't give a guy receipt. *shakes head*

Ordered 2 burgers, fries and drink through drive through, went home without checking the bag, got home and suprise no fries. Ugh!, i know better, always check.

It's Wendy's so you get what you expect. What I can't believe is how poor of quality the building is. 2023 and the lobby is 10 percent capacity and the noise level sounds like a rock concert. The sounds from the kitchen are even worse. My number one complaint isn't the food or service; it's the lack of attention to detail to make the building an enjoyable place to experience while eating a meal. How hard would it be to put up some acoustic tiles and deaden the amplified echoes? If this restaurant fixed the noise level I would give it 4 star and over time as the employees who work there believed that a post like this could also improve their quality of life then I bet the food and service rating would be bumped to a 5 star review. Please upgrade your facility and I believe you as an owner along with your staff will realize I'm 100% correct. Good luck in Springfield. Also; if you fail, I hope your building is raised to the ground and properly rebuilt so that I can instead order up a Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles while I enjoy the dining room. - Bon Ton Roulett!

Things were pretty okay, nice workers and all. They were a bit shortstaffed, which isn't an issue, but it seems there were a lot of health violations/fumbles. I watched a worker pick several food items out from displays without any gloves to place in a bag, and he went on to mess up plenty of people's orders. When I went there just a few months ago there were a lot of flies as well. Plenty of them kept landing on food and the workers didn't do much if anything about it. Pretty gross/off-putting overall. :(
