I ordered an ultimate pepperoni pan pizza, they didn't add any red sauce, it was literally just dough cheese and a very small amount of burnt pepperoni. There was supposed to be Parmesan asiago on the top of that as well and there wasn't any. This was possibly the worst pizza I've ever had.

St helens oregon dominos. Awful customer service. Never gotten order was told because address was wrong. Gave address again (same as what was in app) never came. Was told nothing could be done about It from guy I talked to. No food no refund out 35 bucks. Good reminder why I stopped ordering from here.

Rude driver tonight. He was delivering to our neighbors banged like the swat team was at the door. Parked in front of our car and blocked the whole driveway to our place and then when asked to move his car threatened to call the police and when he was told to go ahead he said we would have a problem. My boyfriend told him to bring it on and the guy left... wow very professional. Block driveway entrance park in front of car that was no where near the delivery address, bangs on door, and then threatens people....

Just had a call from Domino's? A young sounding, arrogant girl called during dinner, stating my card payment (paid in store when picking up) didn't "go through" and if it did it would be reimbursed within 3days, but that I would need to repay for my order. Huh? When I said I would like to get off the phone and finish my dinner that her call had interrupted and I'd go back into the establishment when done eating she stated I didn't need to and she would take my payment by phone. When I told her I DID NOT want to give my card information over the phone and I would just come in, she could be a scammer (she was rude and aggressively intent on a payment via phone, weird) she got disrespectful and condescending. "I'm calling from Dominos," she said. I mentioned that scammers can make it look like they are calling from ANY number. Her comeback? "Honey, I have a lot of money in my bank account" (or some ridiculous unprofessional comment. nonetheless, I'm down to play big bank takes little bank). I again stated I would be in after dinner, but she AGAIN insisted on over the phone payment. It's safe to pay her over the phone because she could tell me what I had ordered? She continued to be argumentative and irrational. She wouldn't give her name when I asked. Odd. However, I ended the call, letting her know to have the owner call me.In all the years since Domino's opened in this town, I have never experienced issues like I have in the last few years from unprofessional employees.Customer service isn't for everyone, and if you don't like working with the public or don't know how to manage your better than thou attitude, perhaps find a different profession.09/28/2023 4:17pm
