When you order a 6 piece garlic parm. What you often get is 6 standard wings sitting on top of a squirt of garlic parm sauce thats on the bottom of the container. Pay for a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. They forget the bacon that you paid for. Issues like this are common in my experience with this location.

The staff was friendly but the food was garbage. As in we went home and threw most of it in the garbage. Anyone reading this has permission to slap me upside the head if you ever see me spending money at this place again.

I have been here before for a sandwich and it was good. Tonight however I got the big meal, meat, biscuit, and 2 sides. It was bad. I couldn't find it on the menu. Didn't know you could get tenders. The chicken was 2 tiny wings and a piece of the back. 5 bites of chicken all together. The Mac & cheese was only half full. On the ad it was a sweet biscuit, but this one was very salty, like it had been fried in butter. The cole slaw tasted like it was half sugar. Even my husband wouldn't eat it. I was very disappointed and ended up eating a half peanut butter sandwich an hour later because I was still hungry. Won't go back again.

This is a good Popeye's. The portions were proper not stingy, the place is very clean, and the people seem friendly, if tired. Much better service and attention to detail than most.

Popeye's will take your money and not give you food if you order online. Placed an order online and then was unable to pick up my order. With any other restaurant they will cancel and refund the order if not collected. Popeye's will NOT cancel or refund online orders. Read the terms of service, basically says, f-you we have your money go pound sand either you get your order ASAP or get stuffed.Popeyes has my $11.49 I have no food, per the user agreement that is fine with Popeyes, to me it seems a lot like theft. Closed my account, deleted the app, moving on with life after letting people know if you don't get your online order ASAP they have every right to steal your money per the terms of service in the app. Buyer beware

The kid who helped us was more interested in daydreaming. We ordered two of the meals. One had a leg and a thigh and gave us a breast instead. The food was dry like it sat there for a while. He had to be corrected on spiciness. I was shorted popcorn shrimp (unless they counted tail pieces) and no biscuit. When I called in, it took a few times to get through, and the voice-mail box was full. The lady that answered, when told of issue, replied, "Is that all?" I hate going here.

I paid 62 dollars for the 16 pc meal and they got the sides wrong, I should have checked my order before I left. If the meals is going to be that price they should be double checking before they hand it to you.The food was good and ladie that brought me the food was very polite.
