I needed some very last minute ingredients for a dish I'm making tomorrow (Superbowl Sunday) and I mostly found what I needed but after ringing up everything I heard on the overhead speaker that "our card readers are not accepting EBT at this time"?!? The associate that has been doing my order is the best I’ve had in the two and a half years I’ve been using this program. She should be commended and given a pay increase. She’s always working hard when I see her in the store. Please show your loyalty to your employees that change a customer’s experience. I found a great deal on Folgers ground coffee, but it was a digital coupon. I tried to install the app on my phone but it locked up at "use Zip code/current lication".I went to the service counter where the ladies behind the desk tried to help, but agreed it was locked up. The manager, Mr. West stepped in and said I could go through line and let the checker know. They will adjust the cost to the digital price for me.
