I made an order on the Subway app with this location. I got a call a few minutes later from one of the workers telling me that their toaster wasn't working and they didn't have meatballs for one of the sandwiches. That was fine, I really didn't care. I don't care that much about a sandwich. However, the app already took my payment of around fifteen dollars or so and no one knew how to give me a refund and insisted it would be against the rules to make me different types of sandwiches....read full review
The staff was very rude at this location. There is a much nicer Subway location right across the street and if you have any issues they will go out of their way to make it right.It was 8:30pm and the restaurant was very low volume at the time.Subway has been advertising their app for customers to use and try out BUT beware!!I ordered two sandwiches to be picked up at 9:15pm. I have come here 4 times in the past 3 months and each time I have to call out for assistance as they are in the back. The toaster oven is ALWAYS broken, so there are no hot sandwiches. The attitude of staff has been poor to rude each visit. I do not recommend this location for your meals. Go to the subway across the street.
