Accessing the drive thru was confusing. The arrows point right, the drive thru was to the left, you drive around all 4 sides of the building if you follow directions. Person behind us didn't follow directions and got in line ahead of us after all.

If you ever choose to get a happy meal or even any meal here, make sure TO CHECK THE BAG FOR YOUR SAUCE if you ask for it, especially when in the drive-thru. Multiple times I have asked for a sauce and it's almost never in the bag. Also, expect your French fry basket just to be tossed in the bag sideways. Not impressed.

Don't expect it to be fast or fresh. Always old and burnt food and you'll wait forever. Check your drive thru order before leaving. They're terrible.

Most fast food places either have poor service, questionable ingredients, or a rundown building that you wouldn't want to use the restroom in, let alone stay to eat. But this McDonald's nailed all 3 catagories by keeping their building clean inside and out, using fresh ingredients, and having friendly and helpful staff. This is one of the few fast food locations that I eat at without concern over cleanliness, quality, or service.

Ordered three meals all with fries drink, asked if all fries and sauces were in bag before departure and kid at drive through stated yes. Drove 20 minutes home 2 fries missing.

On December 31st 2023 picking through the restaurant. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. My entire order was incorrect. I called and I was told by managers that my order would. Replace the refunded. I showed app the next day to see about the replacement of my order. 2 different managers told me they're not gonna repair or replace the order. Or do a full refund for the meal? As I was told the day prior. It seems to me say you're not about good customer service or quality service.Be leary of what you get from this place

Food is usually good, ......if you get it all! I take my kids every Friday for Happy Meals since it's the only one in the area, and they ALWAYS forget the ranch or ketchup, they've forgotten the meal toys a few times, and this time they completely forgot about MY part of the order! Most incompetent McD's I've ever been to! Consistent issues with my orders. Not once have they ever gotten it right, or all together at once! IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!!!! ??

I got 4 things and two drinks, one of them was a smoothie. The smoothie lid was not on correctly. Spilled all over my center console. I asked for a new one I waited for a 1/2 hour, fries were getting cold and my children were getting very fussy.. Finally had to walk in and ask what was happening. Nothing was explained for a minute.... While they were trying to figure out what to tell me. Soon after, they ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. I finally got my smoothie. It was only halfway full. I never got a refund and when I asked what happened. They said they ran out so my question is. Why did I have to pay full price for someone else's mistake? I was very polite and patient, but now I've decided to go to Taco Bell for any quick food ideas Because it this point even with the points I have on the app. I don't feel like this McDonald's is worth returning to.
