The service was terrible. The new hire making my sandwich didn't put a liner under my sandwich before it was toasted. It took 15 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Furthermore I was standing in line and they were helping people behind me and getting them out of the store instead of helping the new hire make my sandwich. Very dissatisfied. I asked for them to remake the sandwich and they said we can just heat it up. I could've done that at home. They were not helpful in resolving the issue. I won't be returning

Walked in, was NOT greeted. Have stood in line for 10 plus minutes with neither person working so much as acknowledging me or my daughter. A gentleman walked in behind me, he was greeted and we were still completely ignored. Disrespectful.

Absolutely ridiculousI didn’t eat my sandwich right away until after I drove 18 miles home. I ordered an Italian sandwich and received a tuna sandwich. That’s not anywhere near an Italian sandwich.Do you guys just make any sandwich and send them out the window? Do better!!!!!!

BEWARE! Do not buy gift cards from Subway, especially in Sutherlin, Oregon. They will sell you a $100.00 gift card, then give you 4, free 6 inch Subway coupons, which no one will accept. EVEN the Subway that sold it to me, WON’T HONOR IT! The manager won’t even honor them. She told me to call corporate and CORPORATE never answers or returns your calls. God bless you all.
