The best thick crust pizza in the valley. I only eat at 3 pizza places in the Medford area and this is one of them. Service is always great, they care about their customers which is nice. Nice outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Highly recommend the Widow Maker!

This is my absolute favorite local restaurant. The people that work here are absolutely top notch. Their food is always delicious. They offer several different desserts as well as beer on tap. Walking into The Grotto is like walking in your own front door at the end of a long day. They treat everyone like family here. Recently brought two very good friends in for their first time and they were amazed at how good the food, service, and atmosphere were. I highly recommend that of you're in Talent Oregon you definitely stop in and grab yourself a pizza, a sandwich, some spaghetti and meatballs, a beer, a salad or what the soup of the day is. If you're very lucky you might even get to have their cheese and broccoli soup which is absolutely amazing as is their minestrone soup.When you do stop in tell them that Kathy and Larry recommended them. You'll most certainly get treated like royalty here.I love my Grotto family❣️Kid-friendliness: There is always a family or three dining here. There are two video games(actually one is a pinball machine). They serve kid friendly drinks and always have room for a special event whether it's a birthday party or a little league meet up after a practice or a game.

Great service! Pizza was amazing! The onion soup was pretty tasty too! Downside is parking. Reserved signs on the lot can be confusing. But otherwise, I highly recommend this place when craving pizza!

This place is a great little locally owned pizza parlor, they were very accommodating for our large party.
Came in for dinner and ordered a Mexican calzone beef.. they served a pizza instead. I sent the order back took another 30 minutes to get the wrong order again!! Sent that back and ended up leaving going to the play without dinner!!

Where to start...I was pleased with the setting, aptly furnished, smelled like a pizzaria. The pizza was too thick and the crust was hard...even warm. Was over cooked, the cheese was too thick, the toppings were nebulous, and the garlic sauce and ranch dressing was so salty I could barely eat it. I once made a pizza out of a can of biscuits, my kids string cheese sticks and cut up hot dogs on pasta sauce that was worlds better than this. Makes me wonder how they can still be open in a small town. You can only fleece a sheep once, but at that rate I'm surprised they're still in business. I've seen a few five star reviews on their Google and let me tell you they are fictitious and padded...I saw no evidence of any quality whatsoever.
