I was here 12/02/2023 about 630 pm my pizza was spot on and cooked perfectly I went inside for pick up and the crew they have was working so hard and was in such a awesome flow! 10/10 dominos

I just order pizza today the person that answered the first call ask for the phone number and hangup??♀️and the second call the person that answered the phone was asking what you want so I told him and he said cash or card I said cash he just hung up and never told me how much I'm gonna pay ?♀️ service sucks and they are both boys that answered the phone?domino's need good people ro serve the community?
I put in an order and when the tracker said the order was ready I went to pick it up and the order wasn't ready, they promote if your order isn't in your car in 2 min you get a free pizza and that didn't happen. They claimed they lost one of my pizzas, that they would have to make it again so I waited patiently for another 10min to allow them to fix their mistake. At that point I would've expected that pizza to be free of charge! When I got home with the pizzas one of them was a small pizza and I had ordered all larges. When I called to talk to the manager, I asked for her to issue me a refund for the small pizza they had to remake she refused the refund request and told me they'd replace it AGAIN but I'd have to go back to the store to get it. No way I was going to do that, I say the YouTube video of them "remaking" a pizza a customer wasn't satisfied with. The manager offered to put a credit on my account for a large pizza for my next order, no such credit has been issued.
Could have been better. Pasta portions are super small. Pepperoni tastes funny. Maybe more vegan options would be nice.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a jalapeño cheesey bread. When I was eating the cheese bread today there was a whole ass fingernail painted and everything in my bread. What in the absolute f*** dominoes. This is so unsanitary. And just plain gross. Disgusting I feel so violated

Order took over 50 minutes from order being placed to delivery. What ever happened to under 30 minutes or order is free? Or even $3 off if over 30 minutes? Order was missing item, specifically bacon cheddar tatertots, When I reported the problem on delivery insurance in the app I was given the choice of 60 pts to my account or 20% of next full menu Order, what I wanted was the item I ordered.
