This place is never open I really loved Jack but one is never open 2 you'll be luckie to get fresh food last time I expend 60 dollars for a family meal chicken sandwiches where cold and meat was old i did call and politely told then they should do better and some Mexican manager told me they'll give me a credit for my food next time he even give me hid number I did try again but he never answered my txt lier so sad they can't find good management.

Good place to get some late night greasy food. It says it closes at 10pm, but every time I try to go, the lights and open sign are off.

No dine-in option for over 3 years now. Most of the lights were turned off at 7:30 pm, so it was difficult to determine if it was still open. Gentleman at the window was patient, polite, and got our large order exactly right. There was a young woman employee, petite, dark hair, with a headset on, who was screaming, repeatedly cursing (F-bomb central), and saying very rude and demeaning things to the cook staff. She was so loud and obnoxious we could hear her plain as day with the drive-thru window shut. This type of behavior, regardless of who it was directed towards, is absolutely unacceptable. I would have recorded her disgusting tirade had I not been so horrified at how inappropriate she was treating the staff. As a former fast food worker and supervisor (DQ for 6 years), this girl would have been tossed out with the trash in a heartbeat if she was on my watch. There is no excuse for this behavior, and I hope it is addressed immediately, and she's no longer able to treat your staff that way ever again. We will not be returning to this location. When we got home with our food, we discovered the buns of our breakfast sandwiches had mold on them. I called to let the restaurant know so they don't serve anyone else moldy bread. The man that answered the phone said " uh uh sorry " then hung up on me. We won't be going there ever again.
It's 6pm on Sunday night and the place looks deserted. The only light in the entire building that is on, the 'drive thru open' sign. Hmm, somehow I doubt it. After traveling for 2 days we wanted a quick dinner and JintheB sounded great. After seeing it all dark and abandoned, we had to move on. Very disappointed. After reading the reviews saying it's only open once in a while, I have to suggest to corporate: either get this place open and running, or shut it down permanently.

Typical J.I.B food, but hot, cheaper than other "fast food" places nearby ($6 for 2 croissants), nice staff. A little long on order prep and delivery time but worth the wait for quality of product, especially the taste. Would go here again.
